Appt. to install was made next day after request. Jared was very punctual, seems to have done an excellent job. Was quick, very professional, cleaned up after himself. I am very pleased with the service and the appearance of the windows.

Wonderful. The 3 men Eric Peyton and Su were very knowledgeable, efficient and professional. They worked together like a well oiled machine. Each knowing what he was to do and when to to do it. They broke the old windows as was required and I have not found even one sliver of glass either inside or outside my home. AMAZING. The windows look very nice. My electric bill last month was $49. I am very pleased

We are in the middle of a global pandemic (Coronavirus), but I discovered one of our windows, which had been concealed by a piece of furniture, was shattered and about to fall out. Relief Windows came out and gave me a VERY reasonable estimate to replace the broken window. I decided to go ahead and have a few others replaced, too, since they were not in great shape, either. Well, they not only gave me a very good price at an awesome discount, they never once tried to "upsell" me or tack on additional fees. Yesterday, their installers came out and I have to say, I am so impressed! Not only are these windows the nicest I have ever owned, but the installation process was smooth and fast! The team that came out was so polite and friendly, but they made a point of keeping a safe distance since we are, in fact, still under the Coronavirus quarantine. They were such hard workers and cleaned up every bit of their mess when they were finished. They even went above and beyond on repairing the trim around the broken window! This is a fantastic company; I highly recommend Relief Windows!

My installers Bruno and Pedro did an excellent job. They were two of the nicest guys and their attention to details were excellent. They removed and installed 20 Windows in 6 Hrs. Their clean up afterwards was excellent, they also took off their shoes when they entered the house. When you chose Relief Windows ask for Bruno and Pedro to do the install you can't go wrong.

The whole process was great, from initial call requesting a quote all the way through window installation. Salesman was promp and responsive to all questions I had during the visit as well as my follow up questions. I can’t say enough good things about Chris and his installation crew. They were a professional team who worked together as a team should work. There was no wasted time and it was organized well with each person clearly understanding his role. Windows look great. They haven’t been in long enough to stand the test of time but I anticipate no problems.

Eric and his installation team always arrived on time, were very professional, and provided quality work. The team always cleaned-up after each project.

Crew arrived exactly as scheduled. They got to work immediately, and instantly were working in several areas at one time. In just a few hours everything was finished and cleaned up with care, Bruno showed me how to use the windows and asked if there was anything else he could do. Relief did an amazing job on our siding replacement. Who would have ever thought a window company could do so much, so perfectly?!? The guys showed up & had it done perfectly in less than 2 days. We have other work to get done on our home and we will save ourselves tons of time by calling Relief first!!!

Installer Joe Mariano's work was of the highest quality, demonstrating incredible craftsmanship. He was detail minded, efficient, and did the work on this complex modern home with a positive attitude and with joy! Earl Hebert, installation manager, was proactive with us. He not only did our estimate (which was the final price), but he made sure all necessary supplies were on site, making the job a seamless one. He was readily available. Both men demonstrated premiere honesty and work ethic. Relief windows can't be beaten in our humble opinion in the professional work they offer.
