The initial presentation of their window products was professional and informative. We did not feel pressured into buying so that was a great first impression. The installers were pleasant and professional. They arrived on time, and did an excellent job of installing and caulking the new windows . When the job was complete they thoroughly cleaned up. Several management/ customer service people stopped by to be sure we were satisfied with the installation. This company pays attention to every detail from the beginning to the end of the project. I would highly recommend them and will use them again when we replace other windows.

They sent 2 crews out. One to do windows and one to do doors. Both crews were on time, extremely polite and highly professional. They went beyond traditional work ethic to ensure that every detail was addressed and to our expectations. Example, the French windows fit but left a small area of painted wood. When asked if there was a way to prevent reoccurring maintenance Chad used trim material to cover those areas, patiently cutting, fitting and sealing those spots to perfection making the overall appearance fantastic. When faced with fitting new french doors into an opening with very little tolerance, Eric and Adam were precise in adjusting the placement with the end result a very appealing entry. Both crews were highly customer service oriented and willing to do their best to provide us with a pleasant experience and a address any concerns we had. Upon completion of the project all debris and trash was removed as well as vacuuming inside and out. The windows were even hand washed! My wife and I are very happy with the finished product and highly recommend Relief Windows to anyone looking to upgrade their home.

Everyone was very professional and did a fantastic job! The installers were very neat and left my home very clean. They completed the task in one day! One exterior board was rotted. They brought it to my attention on the spot! My husband replaced the board immediately and they primed and painted it. They went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased with their product and their installation. Several windows were scratched between the panes.They were re-ordered and replaced in a timely manner. I could not have asked for better service. Bravo, guys!!!!!

Everything went great. From sales to measuring, to installation. Everyone I encountered from this company was top notch. They answered all of my questions and went out of their way to help me get the product most appropriate for what I wanted. The installation went smoothly and they were on time, did a great job and left everything clean and looking great. I would highly recommend this company and plan to use them again in the future.

Relief Windows, provided great service! Working as a team from start to finish, to make sure everything was right...even clean-up! We were pleasantly surprised, as I had heard a few horror stories from others on their window installations. It's now been a month since they were installed (7700 series). They look good, the tint that makes them so energy efficient was an adjustment that took a little getting use to. We find they have reduced outside noise, the ac does not run as frequently, & they're super easy to clean (as they are double hung), and really like the feature of the screen options of either top or bottom. Yes we would highly recommend Relief Windows.

This was a complete exterior renovation of an investment property. The house was in bad shape with water damage and a missing window. The estimate was prompt and in writing. Work was performed on schedule and it was coordinated with a roof installation. The siding crew responded to all of our questions, and even went back to make adjustments as needed. From sales thru installation, everyone was professional and went the extra mile. The windows and doors are fantastic and well above the quality I expected. We couldn't believe how quickly the gutters were installed and they look great, too. We have received a lot of positive comments about the property renovation. Brandon and his people did and outstanding job. His crews cleaned up after themselves and was very professional in every way. They were on time and got the job done in a timely manner, even though the weather didn't cooperate at times.

Without a doubt, this is the best company providing exterior services and window installations in Baton Rouge. Very responsive, helpful and courteous. Whether it's Thomas answering the phones scheduling appointments, a sales representative, window installer or one of the guys on the siding installcrew, everybody is professional and extremely concerned about the clients satisfaction regarding the work. This was a major investment for us and at no point was I nor my wife ever regretful or fearful about the decision(s) we made. A huge factor that separated them from the competitors was their quoting process. Mike and Cory came to our house, laid out one of the best sales pitches I've ever heard about their windows and pre-stained Hardie plank siding, and then went outside and measured the entire house. Afterwards we discussed colors and style of the siding, they recommended vinyl fascia and soffit, picked out our windows and in 5 minutes we had a quote to the penny, with tax. I had been dealing with contractors for years to tackle this job but we could never see eye to eye on price and process. We are extremely pleased with this company and recommend them to anyone in need of windows or exterior work.

It was very inexpensive. It was very reasonable. I just like their product and I like the people that I have to deal with. They're very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I just like them. It's working just fine.

Wanted to replace all my outdated windows with energy efficient vinyl windows. Obtained 3 quotes. Relief Windows came and gave an estimate along two other recognized window replacement companies. I did my research including reading reviews on Angie's list and the Better Business Bureau. This is where Relief Windows stood above the others. As a plus, Relief Windows was the only company to offer a sliding window option on a sun room window combination that saved some money. I decided to go with Relief Windows mainly because of the above mentioned as well as the fact that Relief Windows uses their own dedicated crew and is locally owned. The windows were measured and after about a week, they called to schedule the window replacement. The crew showed up on time and immediately went to work. They were polite and friendly. The job was completed the same day as promised. I was not required to pay anything until I approved the completed job including cleanup. I am extremely pleased with all aspects of this job amd would not hesitate to recomment Relief Windows to neighbors, friends, and family.

Relief Windows offered a very competitive price for replacing 9 windows and a front door. The crew arrived on time and finished in 1 day as promised. As advertised, there was no payment required until the work was completed to our satisfaction. We also received their 5% discount for seniors. We were so impressed by their work and the quality of the windows, that we decided to replace 3 additional windows in a wall with smaller windows (The 3 smaller windows required the construction of a partial wall), and 1 more window in another room (which we got for free based on their buy 10 get 1 free promise) We are very happy with the entire installation, and would recommend Relief Windows to anyone considering window replacement. (P.S. - while we have only had our new installation for a short time, we already see improvement in the heat load in the house and expect to see some improvement in our utility bill)

They removed and replaced all windows and the sliding door, also installed siding on exterior of back porch, excellent job all within 2 working days. I would recommend them to anyone they are good at what they do.

Their response to quote request was prompt and friendly. Their quote was also timely. Upon agreement of work to be preformed and cost of same, the delivery and change out schedule was determined and was very timely. Their delivery time is very good. Changing all the windows in your house is one day is a pretty strange experience and quite disruptive. The workmen, all gentlemen, are very professional and very considerate of you home and belongings. These guys are good at what they do and do a good job at it. They are very responsive to any problems. Had a bad window, it was replaced within a week without even the mention of paying. Was very pleased with them as a supplier.

Our home is 32 years old. The best way to describe my old wood siding was a eyesore. Now with the hard work of Relief Windows its a eyeful. It's just beautiful. The owner Brandon came out and gave us a great price while his assistant Thomas measured for the windows and siding. It took a few days for the windows to be made. Then the window crew came in and installed twelve windows. Trevor, Brandon and Toby put down mats to protect my wood floors. They did a great job and finished in about four hours. The next day the siding crew arrived at 6:30 a.m. ready to work. Joey, Norma and Larry worked non-stop for three days. My house was not a easy house to do but they made it look perfect. Very professional and punctual in both the estimate appointment and the replacement appointment. One window was measured a bit short (appx. 1/2-3/4 inch). Otherwise, very good, finished job without rush, but in a prompt manner. Pleasant to work with. Extra expense was worth the service for me (based on limited experience and others stories from friends who have dealt with other companies).

These guys were real pros and did an EXCELLENT job! When doing the initial walk around, they listened carefully to what I wanted and were willing and able to make good suggestions when I asked for their advice. Despite the fact that this was a pretty big job, they got everything done and looking great in just a few days. The crew was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to whenever questions came up (from me or them). While inside our home installing the windows, they were courteous and respectful of our home. The final product was a beautiful sight, making our home look fresh and polished. They even did a great job cleaning up after themselves. And the best part, I will never have to paint my house again!

I typically don't write reviews but was compelled to after working with this company. We were able to get an estimate set up quickly, pricing was done on the spot instead of having to wait. We were able to set up the install date within a weeks time, windows were custom made to size (17 windows) in less then a week! My husband and I weren't able to be on site for the install but my mother-in-law says the crew was informative, well-mannered, clean and respectful. The estimate was priced well below our expectations and the owner even came to our house himself for the estimate. I would hire this company again in a heartbeat and made sure to get a stack of business cards to recommend them to friends and family. They also offer additional services, such as doors and Vinyl Siding.
