Description of Work: They measured and replaced 4 double hung 6-over-6 pane windows in my house, a Creole cottage built in 1850. Communications with sales and service personnel was warm and friendly. The installation supervisor came out himself and did the installation in also a friendly and professional manner. I was able to observe the entire process, even to help at times, and he explained everything as he went. Thumbs up to him, Trevor Rohwer, and thanks to all three reps I dealt with.

Thomas gave a complete overview, not only of the product, but of the company. The installers were friendly, fast and efficient. The process took less than three hours from beginning to end. Description of Work: We had windows, shutters, siding, soffit and fascia, and a new front door installed. The entire project was completed in one week, even with the rain delays we experienced. The installers were very professional, arriving as scheduled, and cleaning up each day as they completed a task. The work was done to our satisfaction. We had communication with the salesman throughout the job, and the owner himself came after completion to inspect the job.

Description of Work: Removed 17 windows, replaced with the highest ergon gas windows that flip in & out for the ease of cleaning. I purchased a temp gun to check for air leaks & there were no air leaks in any of the windows. They hauled off all the old windows, swept & vacuumed the house for any loose glass. The owner came by a week later to see how we were doing & how the windows were doing & personally checked each window once more.
