It was hard to find a company to replace our large window, they were one of only two companies who said they could. They only down side to the replacement was the limited number of colors available for the relplacement window.

My experience with them was real good. I liked their punctuality and their pricing. The guy who I dealt with was real cool. It was a good company to work with and I felt real comfortable with their workmanship. I would definitely recommend them.

We started corresponding by email, they then came out to take a look, and then came out and did the job. They were punctual, professional, courteous and even went the extra mile to hang back my mini-blinds (which apparently is not standard service).

The people arrived at the appointed times and performed all work very professionally. Their work ethic was of the highest character. When the jobs were completed everything was cleaned up and all debris was removed. I was extremely satisfied with their workmanship and professional conduct.

The estimator was prompt in his arrival and was very courteous. His estimate was $1000 more (for 1 replacement window) than that from a second company. The 2nd supplier was offering a window of equal quality. Naturally, I chose the less expensive company.

I read the reviews on Angies list, did research on Wincore windows on the internet, then I emailed Relief Windows on Saturday November 6 and got a quick response for meeting Monday December 8. He showed me samples and explained the various products and options and I came to some tentative decisions. After the meeting, he emailed me some photos of some actual installations of the options we discussed. A few days later we met to discuss details and a few changes I wanted and we set the installation for November 24, the day before Thanksgiving. They measured and I paid a deposit. A crew of 6 arrived early the morning of the installation. In the morning they removed my old windows (mine were fairly tough to remove) and then installed the new ones by noon. The next four hours they worked on the finishes. The crew clearly knew what they were doing, seemed to care about what they were doing, had worked together before and were a really nice group of people. Both of the guys I ordered from came by several times to see how the work was going and if I had any concerns and responded. After the work was done, the crew took care to clean the place inside and out. I'm writing this a few hours after they left so I can remember the details. I'm pleased as can be with the experience. I'm assuming the windows will hold up well. I was concerned about how vinyl windows would look on an older home and they look better than I hoped. I opted for the 7700 series line and had 14 fairly big windows, most with the perimeter grids in the clay color and I would recommend all of those options. I had done research on the windows before I made the first call and was convinced it was a good product. The service was personal, prompt and professional all the way around. Again, I couldn't be more pleased and would highly recommend them.

Both the sales manager and the installation crew were very professional, courteous, and attentive to detail. Everything went well from the time I first contacted the sales manager until the installation crew finished the work and cleaned up their mess. I chose Relief Windows because of the professional manner in which the sales manager conducted himself. The installation crew was just as professional. I'm very happy with Relief Windows.

They did fantastic work and I have no complaints at all about them. They were quick and they came when they said they would. They were honest and they came back and made several corrections. I was very satisfied with them.

I am very pleased with the entire experience of using Relief Windows. From the first estimate to the installation, everything was great. We received 3 estimates for replacement windows. Relief Windows offered the best price, NO high pressure sales, and a good product. For all three companies I researched the brand of windows that they offered and Relief Windows sells WinCore which had numerous good reviews. Our windows were ordered and in less than 2 weeks we received the call saying our windows were ready. We were told it would take 5 hours to replace the windows, but it only to about 4 1/2. Our new windows were installed and nothing remained of the old ugly windows. Everything was cleaned up and you couldn't even tell that work had been done except for the beautiful new windows. I would like to also say that I have an old house with recently refinished hardwood floors and I worry constantly that floors will get messed up. Once I looked at my new windows I inspected my floors and I can say that they are fine. You couldn't even tell that window installers had been in my home. New windows, tax credit, and lower energy bills....what more could you want.?
