When it came time to replace my windows, I spoke to representatives from several different companies, including Window World and Home Depot. Thomas of Relief Windows was prompt, courteous, and gave a wonderful demonstration of replacement vinyl windows. When I had questions about more extensive upgrades, the owner Brandon returned with Thomas to go into more detail. Brandon was able to identify problems with my masonry that had caused damage to the existing windows. He recommended a mason to repair the damage. I decided to replace all of the windows. My painting contractor told me that it would be better if the windows were replaced before the interior painting was completed. Brandon was able to coordinate with the painter and schedule the window replacement in under two weeks. The mason did a fantastic job with the brick work. Trevor and Toby from Relief Windows showed up on time and worked diligently to replace the windows. They made sure I was happy with the work at every step. Not only were they polite and professional, they did the most thorough clean-up job I have ever seen. The new windows bring more light into the house, make the rooms look a little bigger, and perfectly match the trim. Unlike other companies, Relief Windows stands behind their installation, not just their windows, so I have no worries about future problems. If you?re looking for the best job instead of the cheapest, this is the company to choose.

The whole process went well from initial sales call to the installation process. The owner Brandon and team showed up on time and completed the job very professionally. They were very polite and checked in with us as the work was done to make sure we were happy with everything. A final walk through was completed and Brandon asked if their was anything they needed to do further to make sure we were completely satisfied before they left. I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family and use again.

Great experience from sales to finish. Showed up on time, great attention to detail and very personable. Cost was comparable to the "low cost provider". We will be doing more work with Relief in the near future.

Brandon (the owner) and Thomas came out to do the estimate very quickly after we contacted the company. They were very thorough in their estimate. Thomas kept in contact with me. Once we chose them, Brandon and Thomas came back to do the final measurements and get the final products in order. Once the windows came in, Thomas called me to set up a date. They were able to come out the next week and finish the task in 2 days.

As usual, they were prompt, cheerful, courteous and professional. A pleasure to deal with them.

It went well from the initial sales call to the work. The crew was very thoughtful and polite. The owners also showed up and worked along side the crew. They checked with me as they progressed to make sure we were satisfied with everything that was being done. This is a great young company that I have already recommended to several of my friends that are looking to get some work done on their houses. I would use them again if needed. Once again thank you Thomas and all the guys at Relief Windows you did a great job that many of my neighbors have already complimented me on!

Everything went fine. They were a little late due to weather conditions but actually worked in the rain. The job went well.

We bid this project out to five contractors. Each contractor bid on the same specific scope of work which involved the replacement of ten windows including six windows which formed a "great" arched window in our family gathering room. This window was nearly 10 feet tall at the center and about 10 feet in width. Thomas came out to review the work, and took careful measurements of each of the windows - paying special attention to the large arched window. The other contractors mad similar efforts, but they were not as prompt, thorough, or as professional as Thomas. In the final analysis, the bids ranged from the ridiculously low to the nauseously high. Thomas and Relief Windows came in just about the middle with regard to pricing. The low bidder did not seem qualified for the work, and their bid was eliminated from consideration. After awarding the bid to Relief Windows, Thomas and Brandon (owner/manager) came out to take accurate measurements of our large window. They indicated that this window would need to be custom made and that it would consist of three segments - each to be made of tempered glass. When they arrived (as scheduled) to install the new windows, the large window segments slid into place with precision. The installation team arrived at 8:00 a.m., and all work was completed with the job site cleaned thoroughly by 11:30 a.m. We were amazed. While cleaning up, Brandon asked us to review each window to be sure that everything was to our satisfaction. It certainly was. During the replacement of one of our rear windows near the garden, they found some rotted window trim and exterior wall boards. They carefully replaced the rotted pieces at no extra charge. Besides looking beautiful (our neighbors agree), our new windows are so energy efficient. I can sit in my favorite spot next to the huge arched window and feel cool and comfortable even in the late afternoon with the hot summer sun bearing down. This team is for real, and their work is fabulous. These are not "hire off the street" laborers, they are experienced, work well together, communicate effectively with the customer, and know what they are doing. The estimator was on time and followed up as promised with a quote. The order process was easy, taking less than 10 minutes. The windows arrived from the factory within the promised timeframe. The installation crew was on time, taking less than 2 hours to install the 10+ windows. Job well done.

The entire process......... from the first phone call to the completion of the installation.........was flawless and hassle free. We invited 4 companies with A ratings from Angie's list to submit proposals. We concentrated on the installation comments to assure ourselves of competent installers based on the reviews. Three of the four companies quoted comparable prices. Sears was almost twice as much as the other three. Due to the unusually tall windows, the prices quoted by all 4 companies included transoms on the top of 6 of the 9 windows. Once we received the estimates and met with the company's representatives we researched the window manufacturers that each company represented. From our research, we decided that Relief Windows from Baton Rouge, LA would be our choice. We called our salesman, Thomas, who said the windows would be ready the following week for installation. At 7:30 on Tuesday morning (the agreed upon time) two trucks with 6 installers arrived. It was like watching a Marine Corp drill team. The men each new what they had to do, no confusion...no dialogue. They laid down the floor protection, both inside and outside, removed the old wooden "floor to ceiling windows" without breaking a glass, installed the new windows, cleaned up the area, and were ready for the inspection.....All within a few hours. Thomas,the salesman, and Brendon the owner, came buy for the final inspection (and pick up the check) as they were finishing the job. With the excellent crew there was not much to inspect. Truly a professional and courteous installation crew. There's not much more to say.......What we thought might be another project with hassles and disappointments turned out to be a pleasant experience.

In a nutshell, it went great. Not only are the windows a beautiful addition to the house, but the whole experience was wonderful. Everyone was professional, and I got the feeling that they viewed my house as their own. They paid attention to all the little details and were constantly cleaning up after themselves. At the very beginning the first person in the house asked if I wanted them to take their shoes off. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone.

About 2 years ago, we had them install 3 windows and a door. We were very pleased. A year later we had them install 4 windows and another door. This year they installed the remainder of the windows. Since the windows they installed last year our utility bill was reduced in excess of $100/month. My wife and I were extremely pleased. This month we had them install the vinyl soffit and facia on our home. In all the work they've done, the workmanship and cleanup was always superb. Brandon and his crews did an excellent job and are to be commended for their professionalism and good work. What a delight it is to find someone of this caliber with whom I can do business.

Brandon, the owner, and his associate Thomas were excellent to work with. They came from Baton Rouge to see our windows and while they were here we got their advise about putting a door with side lights on each side opening from our dinning area onto our very big deck. They knew exactly what we were looking for and the price for the window and doors were very reasonable. We had looked at Window World and had them give us an estimate. Relief Window's product appears to be far superior. ... and thus more expensive. But our house is 30 years old so we wanted a very good product. We were able to select the window features we likes - for example - we choose to have a full screen versus just a half screen you would have to move depending of if you opened the top window or the bottom. This feature was more expensive but we felt worth the extra cost. You do get what you pay for. For the door, we were able to custom select the color for the outside and a color for the inside. This was great. On the day of instillation - they arrive around 8:30 and they had 6 people who came to do the install. The owner, Brandon, also came to the site and assisted also. He stayed for most of the job. As far as the workers, they worked extremely well as a team - obviously had been together for a while. They were very polite and courteous and were great to have in my home. My husband and I watched closely and all of the workers were meticulous about each window install and the door. The door install was expertly done. I am having other work done in our house and I had a contractor out yesterday who commented that the door was hung perfectly. Nice to hear this from someone who also installs doors. They were finished by 1PM. They gave me and my husband instructions on how the windows function and left us some touch up paint and extra caulking that matched the windows and door. My house now has windows where I can actually see out onto our 6 acreas........and feels like a brand new house. I nevery would have thought that changing the windows and putting in a new door would make such a difference. am so pleased that I have spoken to Brandon about having the same door installed in my entry way later this year. I would encourage anyone who is thinking about installing new windows or doors to not wait. It has made a wonderful difference to the quality of my home environment. We should have done it sooner. Brandon and his company, Relief Windows - is awesome....They are highly recommend!

Look no further for new windows. From the moment of initial contact my experience with this company was good. They answered the phone promptly and set up a date and time to look at the job and give me an estimate. Brandon, the owner, and his assistant, Thomas, arrived on time with sample products. They looked at everything, measured, answered my questions and were very courteous and professional. The price was fair and the deposit amount was also fair. They gave me a time of 4 weeks for receipt of the materials and almost to the day called me to set up the work date a few days later. They arrived on time and got right to work. And did this crew work! 11 hours practically non stop. They kindly removed the blinds from all the windows also that I had not realized needed to be done and could not have done by myself. Despite a long day of grueling work, they patiently had me review all the work for my approval at the end. Throughout all of the crew were friendly and respectful of my home. They vacuumed up dust and debris as they went and Thomas was vacuuming and cleaning windows at the very end. I now have beautifully installed windows that open and close easily and do not leak. I am very impressed by this company and highly recommend them.

The sales portion went very well. They arrived on time and explained all the details of the new windows, how the old ones would be removed, agreed to swap out storm doors and suggested putting trim around each window for a more finished look. They also said that they would stain the new trim in advance so it would match the existing wood. This is a log house and had the original aluminum windows from the 1980's. They showed us samples and were very professional. When the installation crew arrived, the were punctual and very polite. They had one man on the inside with a vacuum cleaner as the man on the outside cut the old window out. This kept the dust to a minimum. They did a great job and seemed to enjoy their work. They cleaned everything around all the windows and left nothing behind. They hauled off the old windows. The were very meticulous about the caulking around each window. Overall they did a wonderful job. It is rare for any business anymore to meet, much less exceed, expectations but Relief Windows did and we are very pleased.

They negotiated the price to a great deal. The day they came there were about 6 workers and they were all very knowledgeable and very polite and friendly. They did the job very quickly and neatly. They windows were beautiful. We love them and they make such a wonderful change to the house. They also threw in putting a metal framing around my front door for free which also was beautiful. I can't say enough good things about them. I highly recommend them to anyone. They are the company to go with. You can't go wrong. They were very responsive and following up with making sure I was happy with all the work.

I love the new windows! The installation was 5/14/2013 but a new J channel strip over the new picture window was not included for some reason. One was ordered and I also ordered one more small window for carport shed. Two installers arrived on time but instead of finishing at noon, it was more like 3:30. They were scheduled to return 6/4/2013 at approximately 1:00-1:30 after finishing another job. I told Thomas I did not want installers coming out at 5:00 or 6:00. At 1:20 I received a call saying it would be closer to 3:00-3:30. At 2:50 another call stated it would be closer to 5:00. I wasn't real happy but they were starting a big apt. job the next day that could last a few days and I wanted my job finished. This is obviously a fast paced business with many jobs. It appeared to me that they could use more installers and schedule better. Kenneth, the installer on 5/14, was excellent! The windows are beautiful and just what I wanted.

Brandon and Thomas were very professional and responsive to our needs- they understood the considerations we presented, such as sound reduction and ease of opening, closing and cleaning the windows. Frequent communication was a vital component of our experience as we were updated during each step of the process- ordering, scheduling, installation, and completion. Pricing was very competitive as we had received approximately 6 other quotes. We are very happy with the new windows and highly recommend Relief Windows to other homeowners.

Brandon was very courteous and attentive to my needs. His workers came on time, allowed me to contain animals prior to them entering house. Did the job, assisted me with my AC unit taking it out so I could clean it and putting it back with no problem, ensuring it worked. When Job was done, Brandon came by and inspected the job, we discussed it, the workmanship, etc. Had some issue on trim which the workers could not fix, I have no problem fixing trim and Brandon gave me a discount because of this. Overall, excellent job, Brandon as well as his workers were courteous, efficient and would and will use his company again when I need siding. Highly recommended to any and all.

They were good. They were timely. They did what they said they were going to do. They cleaned up everything and didn't deviate from what they told me. I like the quality of the product too.

It took three days to have all this work done. The workers stayed busy the whole time. They were courteous and cleaned up after themselves every day. I bought new outdoor light fixtures and doorbell buttons which they installed at no extra cost. They also installed an outdoor ceiling fan for me. My house looks fantastic! It truly looks like a new house.

I called Brandon, the owner of Relief Windows to get an estimate for replacing siding. He responded promptly and met me at my house a few days later to review the work and give me an estimate. Initially I was hoping just to replace a section of siding but the condition was much worse than we anticipated. He went over samples and before giving me the estimate, explained everything he would do. Our house is 95% siding plus we have an attached carport. All of the siding, soffit, and fascia needed to be replaced. Brandon went the extra mile to suggest wrapping our carport and front porch beams. We were not going to replace the windows in the house yet but Brandon said he would include 6 windows at no extra cost so the whole front of our house could be upgraded and since it was a large and expensive job. He also gave us a discount on the additional 8 windows. It took us a little while to get financing together but Brandon did not forget about us and as soon as we told him we were ready to start, it took two days for them to begin work. The workers were very professional but liked to have music on and were joking around. My husband and I liked to see this because it showed they took pride in their job and really enjoyed what they did. When they removed the initial siding from the chimney, most of the wood had rotted so they replaced it all at no additional cost. Also, one of our front porch beams was bent and could not be wrapped so they replaced it at no additional cost. It took 4 days to replace the siding and 1 day to replace the windows. We ordered our doors from another company by Brandon was happy to install them. The doors did not fit right into the door frames so the employees took their time and made the adjustments so there would be no issues. I was also impressed that Brandon only asked for 25% down payment once we told him we were ready to have the work done. Also, since the doors were installed two weeks after all of the rest of the work, we did not pay for that until the work was completed. Although it was an expensive investment into our house, the entire outside of our house has been updated and completed. We will not need to worry about anything else. It is also great that the warranties are transferrable when we do decide to sell the house. All in all the process was very smooth and effortless. I love the work they did and have received numerous compliments. I would completely recommend them!

Arrived on time, did excellent work, kept the inside of the house clean using drop cloths and taking off there shoes when inside and left the outside clean.

Company owner Brandon and his coworker showed up promptly at the agreed upon time to review the job, explain how they do business, and give us a firm price on the work. They were very professional, courteous, and had a high quality product/service to sell. A team of 5-7 workers arrived late morning about 2 weeks later and had the whole batch of windows installed before 6:00. They worked quietly, cheerfully, and neatly. Plants under windows were respected and floors and furniture was covered. Areas around windows were vacuumed throuroughly. Stickers were removed from the windows and each window was polished. Every scrap of trash/dust/material was cleaned up and hauled away with the crew when they left. All we had to do was write the check, take down window treatments prior to the crew's arrival, and put up our window coverings once the job was complete. Besides updating the look of an older ranch style house, our windows are so easy to open and close now. This was a very pleasant experience. Our only regret is that this wasn't done years ago. We highly recommend this company to anyone considering buying windows for their home or office.
