Description of Work: Replaced 10 double-hung windows and one picture window with energy efficient windows. the installers made sure that wiring for alarm system was available for hooking back up. They also noticed an imperfection in the picture window and ordered the replacement glass of it; then came back and installed the new glass in a timely manner. We were and are very happy with their work.

Description of Work: Siding and windows. Excellent employees and hard working. Management ensured all work was done correctly and on time. They only use quality materials.

Description of Work: It was a great experience, so easy. They came early, used tarps outside and inside, vacuumed after install and cleaned the windows. Showed me how to operate the windows once installed. Such a Relief to have this done and they look so good!

Description of Work: Brandon (owner) and Thomas came out right on time from Baton Rouge to River Ridge to review the project: convert custom sized rear sliding glass doors to french doors, replace a rear office door and rotted frame, install doggie door, and replace all windows in the house. They were very professional, not at all pushy and showed a very quality product (some of the highest rated windows you can buy with very good reviews) and then within a day or two had the complete estimate to me which was extremely reasonable given the quality of the product. Unfortunately as i explained to them, I was also remodeling a kitchen and kitchen/living floors, which would likely take precedent over the doors, but they understood and again, were not hard-sell. With the kitchen and floors coming in a bit over budget, the doors and windows will wait several months, but I like these guys, the way they present, the product they sell and the reviews about them, so they have my business when the time comes.

Description of Work: Brandon, the owner of the company, came to give us an estimate. He was on time, very professional and nice. We ordered our door from him that day, it will be built and installed in 3 to 4 weeksl. Crew came and were very efficient and polite and respectful. The door is very nice and beautiful.

Description of Work: Brandon from Relief Windows came and gave me a consult on options for replacing 2 french door style windows for my home. He was very knowledgable and helpful. Because my specific needs were not compatable with his services we did not use him for this job. but I will definately contact him in the future for window or door issues.

Description of Work: Darryl came by my house took measurements, asked questions ect.. then recommended a window style for the replacement that was needed. He showed me a sample of the window that he recommended that matched the style of the windows on my home. Within a day, I received a thorough estimate of the work to be done. Once I accepted the estimate, I was given a time frame for replacement. When my window arrived from the factory, we scheduled a time convenient for me for installation. The technician who came to house was very polite, professional and courteous. He removed my old windows, surrounding rotten boards and framed the new window up and put in the new windows. The area looked great as he did not chip any paint or damage any interior trims or moldings. After caulking all windows and allowing the caulk to set for a bit, he gave me a partial demonstration about the windows. Later that afternoon, Darryl, my account manager, called to check on the job and how things went (even though it was a Saturday). This was extremely easy and painless for me!! I only wish I would have had them replace more windows and even my back door!

Description of Work: My wife and I just bought our house a couple of months ago and we didn't like the aluminum single-pane windows so I looked on Angie's list for a reputable company to install some double-pane vinyl windows. After examining all the reports, we decided to call Relief. Darryl came over the next day, showed us sample windows, explained everything and we liked his presentation very much so we went for it. Darryl isn't really a pitch man or even a salesman, he's just a regular fellow, He knows his product and is straightforward and honest. A few days later, I got an email saying they had the windows and asked when they could do the installation. They did it yesterday (12 windows) and it took about half the day. I was surprised to see Darryl was part of the installation crew. They removed the old windows without breaking any glass, made very little mess and cleaned up behind themselves as they went along. When they left, our old ugly windows were gone and our beautiful new windows were installed and everything else was just as before. They are young guys, hard working, entrepreneurial types, the polar opposite of DMV employees. They want your business and they are willing to earn it the hard way; by giving you a great product, great service, and at a great price. A few years ago, I worked for Sears for a while, selling vinyl windows and siding. From my perspective, my opinion is you can pay a lot more or you can pay a little less, but you will look a looooong time before you will find a better value than what Relief offers.

Description of Work: What can I say? Relief Windows was excellent every step of the way. Daryl went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed before deciding to purchase our replacement windows. Brandon, the owner, was at our home the day of installation, supervising and helping his crew. All of the workers were polite and careful. They put down drop cloths and plastic to make sure no debris got in the house, and worked steadily throughout the day to minimize the time between when the old windows were removed and the new ones were in place. That was a big deal considering it was one of the coldest days we’ve had in Baton Rouge so far this winter. Brandon and Daryl are young, but they know what they’re doing and care about customer satisfaction. I hope as their business grows they’re able to retain the qualities that impressed me and my wife before, during and after the job was done. I highly recommend them to anyone thinking about having vinyl replacement windows put in their home. Oh, did I say they look good too? They really do. Great job guys!
