Description of Work: Would not use the Angie's list discount again. Seems a joke. Still cost a lot even with supposed Angie's "special". Service was ok.

Description of Work: Toilet -stopped the water from consistently running down into the toilet area. Well for over $400.00 , I still had to replace the handle myself because if they did it would have cost me another 183.00. Super expensive job.

Description of Work: Supervisor dishonest and unresponsive. The original repair they made failed. Wanted be to wait 3 days before returning. Would not have been able to bathe. I had to threaten and go thru channels to get the job done. Technicians not at fault. Management is at fault.

Description of Work: Asked for pricing on replacing two bath faucets (I provided) and checking a leak under my sink. When I called to set up the initial appointment I specifically asked that they relay all pricing information to me, not my tenants. Instead my tenant called me with pricing while the plumber was already getting parts. When I talked to the plumber he said he did not have my contact information, which was written in the notes of the ticket (I called to confirm this). When I called their main office and asked for the manager I talked to their answering service. I explained to them that I was upset that I was not called, even though I clearly stated I had to be called, they said sorry and that was the end of it - no taking my number, passing on my message or follow up thereafter. Not sure what I was expecting, but it was very matter of fact response left a bad impression. Their pricing was a tad high for a garbage disposal replacement and was way too high for a faucet replacement (which I did not do).

Description of Work: Actually the service went well. I called with an emergency and they came the same day. It's nice when you get a tech that's enthused about his or her line of work, they take the time to fully explain the problem and willing to answer any concern the customer has. Though I wasn't happy about paying the $275 it could have been a lost worst. Most importantly he fixed the problem.

Description of Work: My son was home when the provider came out. He was very thorough. He was professional and took his time explaining everything. It is nice too that we can call the company and ask for Mike, who is aware of our issue, and get him to come back out if needed.

Description of Work: We had a toilet that was not flushing well. They checked the system and got it flushing again; there has been a little bit of an occurrence and what they did was temporary, but it was good.

Description of Work: Mr. DEVIN JONES ARRIVED ON TIME TO FIX A DRAIN PROBLEM. THANKS TO HIM THE LEAKAGE WAS REPAIRED AND I'm worried free.

Description of Work: Amos Watson, Service Technician repaired bathtub faucet in main bathroom. I felt very confident that Mr. Watson was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. He was very considerate in answering all my questions and concerns. The company office kept in contact with me on arrival time which I appreciated very much. I haven't had any problems since the faucet was repaired. Job well done.

Description of Work: These people r excellent! No extra charge for doing work on July 3rd which is a Friday day before Juky 4 which other companies considered holiday. They r 24/7 which is excellent cuz they do respond to whereas other companies noted they would not come out until Monday morning. I had stopped up toilet in master bath. I used other toilet in bathroom nearest front door until plumber made it out. I called @ quarter to midnight on Thursday and reached someone immediately to schedule someone out first thing next morning. Lady called me several times to keep me posted on when plumber would be coming out. First plumber did not have auger (snake device u twist to iunclog toilets. I have two of those! However I have multiple sclerosis which is why I wanted this particular toilet unclogged. The second plumber who was found immediately was very informative: said not to use Charming toilet paper which I picked up at Target cuz it will clog toilets! I always had used Northern but I was being driven at time needed more toilet tissue due to a fall from MS and had iconcussion from fall which affected inner ear and balance which makes me dizzy. Plumber said ok to use up Charmin but to use sparingly. Charmin had given demonstration to their company and gave them lot of it to give to customers. He said he took some home and clogged HIS toilet several times! Also asked plumber to look at front bathroom sink fixtures. He said I can get at Lowes a device to help me replace stems which is why guests and myself were having problem turning faucets so would not leak! Also said to contact Sewerage and Wager Board about this was reason my last water bill was so high and they would credit me difference. Hope so cuz my water bill is usually $88 and last bill was $289! Talked to supervisor at Water Bosrd and been waiting for meter reader to call me which was more than two weeks ago! Feel relieved what plumber said about getting credit cuz I sent Water Board two checks: one for Sanitation fee and deducted that from my $88 making second check @$64. Worried about them insisting on full amount! My regular plumber always charged me $80 plus any costs for work if needed. Would definitely recommend RotoRooter again!

Description of Work: The technician determined that I needed a new water heater. In the midst of one of New Orleans worst storms, he removed the existing gas water heater, obtained a new one, and installed the new gas water heater.
