+ -1 moreDescription of Work: the first person who came out was lousy. he said we had a broken main line and that the yard would have to be dug up. He had tried to unstop our kitchen sink and had been unsuccessful. We asked for someone to come and give us an estimate for the job and also called other companies to try to get estimates. we then found out that the service man had not put the pipe together correctly and we had a big leak under the sink. We called and asked for someone to come out and at least connect the sink back up for the $179+ we had paid. Then mike and Troy came out the following day. They determined that the line was not broken. They opened the line. We are back in business.

Description of Work: I've used Roto Rooter several times in the past at my homes and they have always done an excellent job. We had a clogged line somewhere between our main stack in the house and the road, they were able to fix it quickly and we have had no issues since with our drainage.

Description of Work: I called the day before and requested service as early as possible the following morning as my sewer line was completely clogged. The technician, Robert, came shortly after 8:00AM and immediately began working to clear the line; he had to use about 150' of snake line to clear the obstruction. Upon retrieving the cable, he found that a squirrel had caused the problem and took a picture of the well-soaked and almost hairless animal. In addition, I was having a problem with installing a replacement toilet floor flange and he aided in solving the problem.
