Description of Work: Five years ago they installed a hot water heater, but also had to re-route the hot water line in the roof, as slab had damaged the piping. Pete has always been an extremely good plumber, a little expensive, but good. Five years later I needed kitchen faucet replaced, diverter in second bathroom installed ( so as not to have to replace the whole shower system, which by the way was successful), and last but not least my bathroom shower system had to be changed, updated, etc. I had all the replacement parts, including extra plumbing parts.... On first visit kitchen and 2nd bathroom done, and quote given for my bathroom which was done about two weeks later. I had been without for so long, that I was not really in any hurry, as long as it was done well. AND IT WAS DONE VERY WELL. The approximate cost of services includes all the work done. Description of Work: The provider never contacted me. I signed up for the services (prepaid) online and left a message and was never contacted by the provider. I would never use this provider again in the future.

Description of Work: Pete's replaced hot and cold water lines throughout my house. I couldn't be happier with their service. They were punctual, professional, respectful of me and my house, and did the work within the time frame agreed upon. I thought the price was fair, as I had previously obtained higher estimates. They cleaned up when finished, and kept me updated as to their progress. Thanks to everyone at Pete's! |

Description of Work: Pete and his team installed an Eco water softener and reverse osmosis systems. Pete and his team were on time for their appointments. They did excellent work. I will call them for all of my plumbing needs.

Description of Work: I purchased an Angie's Big Deal coupon for Plumbing Service Call & Whole House Inspection. I am in the process of getting my house ready to list for sale. When I called (3/11/13) to schedule (Louise) I was told that they usually don't go to the Northshore but she would check with "the boss", Pete, she called me back and said that he was working on a job and would try to get by after he finished on Tuesday (3/12) or Wednesday(3/13). On Wednesday she left a message that he would be by on Thursday. I called Thursday morning to find out the time. She said she would call him and call me back. She called, said he would be here at 4:00 and hung up. i called her back and stated that i tried to ask questions, she apologized. I reminded her the type of coupon I have and asked how that much worked could be done so late, apparently after he finished his work he would come by on his way home!!! Apparently there may not be a lot of importance or money from the Angie's Big Deal coupons. My advice would be not to waste your time with Pete's Plumbing & Heating.

Description of Work: The work was completed before Thanksgiving; however I am not looking at the exact date now.The service was well handled and promptly conducted. The two young men who performed my work were very nice, sweet and pleasant. I really admired their respect and conduct when they communicated with me. They reminded me of two ambitiou college students.

Description of Work: Pete's Plumbing is an excellent company. They are experts. They worked until they found the clog in my pipe. I am on the 4th floor of condo bldg, and the clog stopping up my kitchen sink was all the way down in garage under bldg! Pete had the equipment to dislodge the mass and remove it. His men are trustworthy and I felt fine leaving them as I had to go to work. They are polite. This company has been in business for 50 ish years and is an A+ plumbing company.
