Gutters Tech workers did a great job. They arrived early, worked quickly, were tidy, and completed the job as asked within an hour. It was a small job in comparison to other jobs. The only downside was some miscommunication early on when I initially called to arrange an appointment for a free estimate. I had the afternoon off, but was never contacted by the service person when s/he arrived to do the estimate. Then I never received any follow-up and had to call them back to ask about the estimate results. We sorted out the miscommunication issue and they re-did the estimate for the correct repairs, rather than whole house gutter replacement. After that, everything worked out fine.

They were right on time. Did very good work and cleaned up after themselfs. I was pleased with quality of the work

The professionalism of the representatives and workers was excellent. The product is top-quality and beautiful. The efficiency of the work crew was like choreography. It was an all round pleasant experience and the outcome is beautiful and efficient.

I will probably always use JL for gutters. This is the second job they have done for me, the first one was replacement gutters I needed done quickly as a result of the home inspection on a place I sold last year. They were several hundred dollars lower than the next lowest estimate on that job. When a neighbor pointed out the gutter problem on my new house and we realized it wasn't just clogged, I only called JL. The downspouts blend in perfectly and they seem to drain well now. The work was done while I was at work and my yard was clean when I got back - just a few little scraps of metal that I found over time. They are polite, responsive, and honest.

They arrived when they said that they would. They were prompt, cheerful, courteous and professional. Finished a difficult job within the prescribed/agreed time frame

Estimate was scheduled and performed quickly; the job was something that I wasn't able to handle by myself. The crew showed up at 730 and was done by 8a. Has rained about ten times and the runoff problem I had prior to the repair is completely gone. Good work, and fair price.

The delivery and workers were on time. The roof was done in a day and the property was left clean. The only thing was there was 1 roof vent missing and that was put in the next day by the patio personnel and it should have been put in by the roofers who eventually came back to fix it. I would suggest that you meet that morning when the workers arrive to ensure that there is no misunderstanding on any special instructions such as where to put roof vents / whirly birds, etc... The patio was done the next day and that went smooth as well. The property was left clean. I would again suggest that you are there when they first arrive to ensure you know that they know where the patio posts go and the height, etc... I would definitely use them again. The price was very fair and the skillsets were very good.

The owner was very involved the job. I think it only took a day to install the gutters if I'm not mistaken. The day after the job I called the owner and told him that my wheelbarrow was missing.. It had been in my yard for years. I checked around my next door neighbors, no luck. So I called the contractor and told him, he offered replacement for the wheelbarrow, and that he vouches for his men. Since I really didn't feel like it was his responsibility, there were no cameras or evidence. It was a coincidence, and 1 week later went across the street and lo and behold was my wheelbarrow. I now had to call and apologize to the owner of J&L. It would have been much more humiliated if I would have accepted the new wheelbarrow. I say all that to say this, VERY TRUSTWORTHY!!

After an unexpected severe weather delay by a couple days, they showed up and installed gutters in approximately 1 hour. Granted it was a small amount of work, was very impressed in turnaround and craftsmanship. Have already recommended to several co-workers of mine.

The service went well. Two employees came out and it took them a few hours. They did a good job. Their prices were competitive and they we upfront with what they could offer.

They came and did the job, they did extra work and they left, they never came back to get the rest of money. It was a fifty foot of gutter with downspout and I think he charged me for the downspout too and then there was about another ten feet they added with another downspout. He said I owed another $349. He did the work but never came back to collect the money. The man who came out originally was from Argentina and then the other three workers, they spoke Spanish and they were alright. They just did their job, packed up and left. It was good. They did a good job. When I bought the deal I was not exactly sure if they were going to charge me for the downspout as well but he charged me for the downspout which I thought was included in the deal. So if the downspouts were included and they added on that to the price, it isn’t right. The guy spoke Portuguese and I had a hard time understanding him. They did a really good cleaning up too, there was no mess left after.

Purchased the gutter coupon they had online thinking it to be a good deal. I had two other quotes from other gutter installers that seemed to be more expensive. However, I did not realize (my mistake) that the coupon here meant linear feet including the downspouts. I was only looking at linear feet around the house. That meant that my price was twice as high as I expected it to be - in other words I didn't save any money by using the coupons over other estimates. However, I was satisfied with the punctuality, overall work, communication, and contractors' knowledge. I would use them again.

I believe my first review was a bit harsh. I had many things going on at the time. Almost a year has gone by and the product has endured. I would now rate their product and service B+. The possibility of using their service again and/or recommend them to a friend is high.

I emailed the company after i purchased the Big Deal package and arranged to meeting them for measurements on August 5. The representative was on time and we discussed where at I wanted the gutters and the color. What I wanted was more than the Big Deal covered so we agreed on a price for the additional materials and agreed that it would be completed on the following Friday August 8, 2014. The crew got there on time and completed the job in a little over an hour and it looked great. I was suprised that they finished so quickly and the color of the gutters matched the trim on my home perfectly. This was to be a suprise for my wife and it worked out great, she was suprised and very happy with the job!

I would first like to say that I don't care for contractors because of my Katrina experience, however, after the initial meeting I was impressed. Juan arrived on time and walked around the entire house and explained everything in lay man's term as to what was needed and how they would correct the problem. He did an estimate and once accepted we agreed on a date and time. I mentioned that I had to go to work for a meeting later that day. On the day of service the workers were prompt, did an awesome job, cleaned up the debris and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. Juan walked my property and made sure I was satisfied. This is the professionalism and reasonability I have always searched for. I would highly recommend this company and not hesitate to utilize them in the future.

I contacted JL Remodeling for gutter work that needed to be done. They came and promptly gave me a very fair estimate and better than I received from other companies, and they also gave me choices of repair or replacement, which was helpful. I plan to use them in the future.

My experience with JL Remodeling Group went very well. I would recommend them to anyone who needs gutter work done. I'm hoping that the Rhino Gutter covers work as well as they say!
