Keep away from this company! I called Julio since November 2021 last year to repair my house that was damaged because of hurricane Ida. He said yes, then he kept stand me up multiple times until now. His most recent appointment with me is in March, 2022, but he never showed up to my house, never let me know the reason why he didn't come. Such a big liar! Be careful with his warranties, he said it was 5-year warranty, but when I asked him about the damages (related to my previous project with his company) that were still under his warranties, he refused to fix it.

After over a month and numerous phone calls we still do not have a estimate to replace this damaged downspout. We have used this company in the past with excellent results but it seems this time they have complete dropped the ball. Very disappointing.

A man and gave the estimate. I called (and left a message) the next day saying that I had accepted the estimate and get the work done. No one responded. A couple of days later, I sent the signed contract as an e-mail attachment. Nobody bothered to respond.

They did a good job, just like when they came before, they were timely and did a great job in repairing and fixing the problem

Lousy. Got estimate and called to get job started. Wanted to go over the job. Owner came out and went over the job. Signed contract and called to get a start date. Got start date. The secretary called back and said i needed to sign a contract. Told her a contract was already signed. This went on for several days. She said she would e-mail a contract to approve. Never received e-mail. The secretary set a date to start. No one showed up. Later in the day, after 3pm, received phone call saying i needed to sign a contract. She also said that the owner was not very organized. I would not recommend this company. They are not very professional.

We were scheduled promptly, communication was very good, and the new gutters were installed quickly and with quality. Would hire again.

Work was done on the date scheduled and was excellent quality.

It went very well. The workers came did their work, cleaned up very well, were very polite. Work was done in 3 days.

The guys did an excellent job and were very hard workers. Very professional and everything looks great! Very pleased. Time will tell on quality and workmanship but appears to have been done VERY well.

When the installers arrived, they did not know what to do. I had them call Julio to find out what he had planned. The new downspout was discharging a lot of water because much of the water in the gutter was going down it and not the other downspouts. I had them come out to correct the problem. Again, the installers did not know what to do. And their 'fix' still has a lot of water coming out the new downspout; it still takes a lot of water from the other ones whenever it rains. The problem was there was no coordination between Julio and the installers after the estimate. I gave up on trying to get the downspout fixed because I had no confidence the installers would know what to do a third time. And I quit being a gold member on Angie's list because I was so disappointed in the work done with the downspout. I now have a water drainage problem at that spot. The work to straighten and re-hang the gutter was done well.

Work was professionaly completed on time using quality products and attention to detail with installation. Clean up was awesome! Also great at communicating with me. Would definetely hire them again. Great value for the money!! If there was an A+++++++++ rating, they would receive it on this job.

Ok - I don't know anything about gutters but I do know when I need them. I used this company for our high pitched roof home. They installed gutters in three areas just the way I requested. I then used them for our rental home to replace a gutter that was installed incorrectly. They not only installed them correctly but made suggestions to the existing gutter system that have proved invaluable for pushing water off of the house. I like them and highly recommend them.

We were very happy with him. But they couldn't use any of the coupon from Angie's List which they totally told me ahead of time, because they're usually a big project company, so they apologized and said that you know, we'll only going to charge you 80 bucks to do this whole thing and I'm like oh! Great! Okay! They were here for minutes, they do it all like in their little warehouse, so they just measured everything there coming out here, and they were here probably 25 mins. There was three of them boom boom! In and out, I sit and work in the back of my house looking out in the backyard, so I just sat here working and watching them, oh they're great! They weren't perfect perfect but they were very okay. Their punctuality, I want to say B- , I can't go C because I really love them, they would make an appointment and they missed it like two times, but I love having them here and what they did. It also had to do with the weather, I've learned a lot here in Louisiana, when it's raining, especially if its something with the roof, they don't want to, I just remembered they had to reschedule and I don't remember why. They were young boys, they were mostly very happy. They were on my list if I ever need anything, and I would try them for roofing, if we ever need roofing.

Met with the owner to obtain an estimate, he pointed out a corner that had some rotting wood from the old gutters that were leaking which someone else missed. Rain delayed the start date but their office was in constant contact with me regarding updates. The workers really worked hard, no cell or smoke breaks, they came to get the job done.

JL was very responsive and executed job in a timely fashion. Although there was some initial miscommunication, the owner made the situation right. Terrific service !

They did a beautiful job. At that same time, my Mom's gutter had rotted thru and water was dripping on the deck. It had rusted thru. I didn't notice the awning at the time. The owner comes out and does a walk thru with you. I showed him the dent. We scheduled the work. His crew came out worked really hard. I had to have them back out because of the awning that was installed. They came right out to fix everything! Without any extra charge! Juan was very responsive! He left a hand-written sheet for me and about 2 hours later, I got a comprehensive email with all of the details. I like that they sent that for my reference. I thought they had a lot of integrity from all of their staff. They take a lot of pride in their work. NOBODY else is ever going again besides them!

Great. The team was very fast, but still quality work. Did everything I needed at a very low cost. Added three downspouts and fixed some alignment issues.

Communication with the front office was always professional and efficient. This was the second time I contracted with JL Remodeling. Once agin I found the crew woukd arrive on time. The crew chief walked the property with me and discussed the details of what would occur. The labor force was focused and efficient. They respected my property and left it very clean. I highly recommend JL Remodeling.

Julio arrived at the scheduled date to look over the house and give an estimate. I was impressed with his knowledge and punctuality. He brought gutter color samples and we matched it to the existing ones. I signed the contract. When I called the company prior to this date, I was immediately told that they were booking new jobs two weeks out. I was thankful to know that on the front end. The crew arrived on time on the scheduled date. They worked quickly and efficiently. We had just had new landscaping done and the crew was careful of my new plants and did well working around them. They did a good job of directing the downspouts toward the in-ground drains to prevent the new plants and mulch from washing away in a heavy downpour. The crew finished up earlier than expected. They cleaned up and left. It was an effortless job on my part and I am truly pleased with that.
