Description of Work: HELP installed my AC 8 years ago. I was pleased with their service at the time of installation. Today, my AC wasn't working. The scheduler said the next technician would be available tomorrow. However, I could be put on the "on call" list for today. A technician did become available today. Less than an hour after his arrival, cold air was blowing through my house. And, it was free to me! The part that needed to be replaced was under warranty. The technician was professional and friendly.

+ -1 moreDicovered problem early Monday morning. Called Help A/C at 8AM. Scheduler informed me that response would be arranged either Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning. Would receive call by Monday afternoon with more detailed response. Received scheduler call at 2PM to schedule appt at 3PM. Service worker showed up on time, located the problem after inspection. Changed out fan motor. Unit working satisfactorily within 1.5 hours. Price a little high, but service level excellent, professionalism high and response impressive.
Description of Work: Fan motor on air handler was not functioning. Required diagnosis and solution of problem
