Bill was 100% professional. He met me on time for our scheduled estimate. He gave me great advice. Was prompt with his proposal. His crew came in and knocked out the work in a short period of time on a remodel project. I could have spent less money, but I could not have gotten better service and results. The time saved with not having issues and problems saved me a tremendous amount of time and money. His crew was on time, clean, hard working and did exactly what they said they were going to do. I HIGHLY recommend Bill and his staff.

When Lugs (electric connectors) burned out he temporarily fixed it, then came back and redid complete service top to bottom. Everything went great. I was out of town at the time and all went smooth which was a burden off my mind. He had my complete confidence.

They did a very good job. They have a good quality of job. overall, I am grading them an A, and I am going to use them in the future.

The service men show up on time and were very professional. The problem was repaired within a couple of hours.

The electrician rang the doorbell exactly at 8:00 am the day he was supposed to start the job. The job was done professionally and I would recommend them to anyone and not hesitate to call them for another job. Bill came out the week before Mardi Gras to see what was to be done and based on his suggestion of placement of the pendants, we were much happier with the result. He sent us the estimate at the end of the week and once we agreed on the job, he set up the job the day after Mardi Gras. The job took about 6 hours including a lunch break. They also help us with a problem in our dining room involving a sensor light. Solved the problem.

The neutral wire in the box had loosened and burned out, causing trouble throughout the house. Bill's team corrected quickly and the problem appears to be resolved.

Some holes to be cut in ceiling but ceiling medallions covered them. This was a complex job and everything went perfectly. Carpenter provided by electrician was excellent too.

Went well. On time. Knowledgeable and polite crew. Remained to ensure all circuits working and mapped.

I have used them since 2005. Bell has always answered his phone and made sure the job was 100% correct. I will not use anyone else, even if they are cheaper.

It went great. They were professional and respectful. We have an old house (1973ish). We gutted the living room for a remodel and his crew came in and rewired the whole thing. They were a great team. They were professional and thourough and cleaned up after themselves. They relabeled the electrical box, added outlets and added some hookups for ceiling fans in the living room and the adjoining room. Since we didn't have the new sheet rock up yet, they taped all the outlets so we could use them without getting electricuted. When we called Bill, he came out right away and gave us an estimate and even made some suggestions for adding lights to the room that we didn't even think about. We took his suggestions and are glad we did. He listened to what our plans were and took the time to interject solutions that would make our finished product better. We were doing a DIY project and appreciated his advice. He showed up on time, his whole crew did and he had all the supplies they needed. A while after the fact, when my husband was installing one of the can lights covers after the new ceiling was up, my spouse broke a piece and he called Bill and Bill dropped off a new piece. We are completely happy with our service from Bill and would use him again and I've recommended him to neighbors.

The most important thing is that we didn't know WHY half our electricity went out. All the neighbors' electricity seemed to be on. We have an old house and have been doing a lot of projects so we just assumed it was an internal issue. But after he walked us through many steps to make a determination, he was pretty sure it was an Entergy problem. He offered to come out that night but since we were sure there was no "fire" in our walls or someplace, and it was safe to go to bed.... we scheduled him to come out the next morning. However, about two hours later....Entergy showed up in front of our house because indeed, some neighbors behind us had electricity out. Entergy fixed the issue, I called and cancelled Bill. But he was so kind and helpful and we appreciated that he took the time to trouble shoot with us late at night.

As always, they came in, quoted a price, did the work professionally, and as always, we have had no trouble with outlet. I will NEVER use any other electrician. Excellent person. Excellent company.

everything works as it should. crew puntured the laundry room floor by mistake, but Bill bought new vinyl and paid for its installation.

He was great and very responsive. I would call him a professional. The guys working for him were very good. They communicated well, did their work well and were flexible. A few times, I had to delay the work because of my problems with another contractor. They were always okay with the delay and rescheduled me a few times. He quoted me a price. Later, I made a few changes, but the price ended up being the same. I was recommended to him. I knew he was not the cheapest, but I knew he was good. He was honest, flexible and did the job quickly. He seems to have done it well; so, I am very happy.

His name is Bill. The experience was great. The guy gave me an invoice when he did the work and then they emailed me a copy of it, which I liked. I used them a long time ago when I bought the house.
