Extremely professional and efficient!! They were polite and made sure not to track any grass/dirt in the house. Very pleased with the results.

It worked out fine. They were very capable. The guy did a good job on loading. It ended up costing me a little bit more than just the big deal offer. Other than that, I was satisfied. There was a definite $75 additional charge which I didn't recall in the offer. They did a phenomenal job. They were nice guys. They were very responsive. They were very good on being punctual. Overall, the experience was good. I would use them again but I would be definitely aware of a hidden $75 charge that is not in the way the offer was worded. If they do another big deal, they need to kind of make that apparent in the wording.

The good: The guys were gentle with the furniture. The bad: Didn't show up and start until 3:00 PM. Had to make 2 trips to new house since the truck provided did not hold all of the contents of my house. Did not finish the move until 11:30 PM and that's after an extra guy was called in early on to help the 4 who originally showed up. Conclusion: I appreciate the hours of heavy lifting that the guys did but I'd go with a flat rate company in the future. The job took longer than expected and I paid for it. And paying for 2 round trips of truck driving time does not sit well.

Excellent job, professionalism, courteous, flexible, I think I am running out of adjectives good enough to describe these guys.. they came in did their job rarely stop for anything, I was so please that I bought lunch for everyone.. Great teamwork

They came to my apartment a little bit late because they got lost. They started to work right away when they arrived at my place. They worked hard, quick and professionally. They took very good care of my furniture. They were very nice.

It is both positive and negative. They were quick but I had some problems with my cabinet afterwards. They gave me a lot of excuses about the cabinet. I wasn't happy about that.

They arrived on time, charged a very fair price, worked quickly, were very professional and secured each piece of furniture even though it was only being moved a few feet. No furniture or walls were damaged at all throughout the process. They made sure everything was right where I wanted it (in storage and back in the house). On the move back in, it was very rainy and muddy, and they made sure not to track any of it in the house. I will certainly recommend them to anyone and use them again!

My experience in the week of the move and after the move was exemplary. The folks were pleasant, friendly, even entertaining and they worked very hard, putting in a 12 hour day. They re-assembled everything that they moved. I had some cause for pause several weeks after that, but I would hire them again.

The Deal I purchased was for 6 hours of work, and they said that they only do a minimum of 8 hours, and I felt like I was tricked there

Entire job went exceptionally well. It rained the entire time, but they covered the furniture and kept it dry.

When I called, they were very professional over the phone. They informed me that the $119 was a credit towards the movers, not the price. There were other fees associated with the deal which were not listed. I am glad they told me this before the work was done. I did decide to get a refund.

Overall, the move was a great success! The guys were professional, took great care with our possessions and worked at a consistent pace throughout the day.

They showed up right on time, and quickly loaded everything in the truck. They protected all our furniture very well with blankets. I was stressed and running around like a maniac, but they were very calm and organized, which was great and I think even rubbed off on me! I was unsure about exactly where our furniture should go in the new place, and they indulged me in moving dressers and desks from room to room a few times. They were reliable, organized and nice. I used an angie's list coupon and got a great deal. I would DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone.

Four guys showed up on time and were in a good mood, in spite of having to move me from the third floor. They wrapped all of my furniture in padding including my 50 inch plasma tv and heavy dual reclining leather sofa. Nothing was damaged during the four hour move. I thought the price was reasonable and well worth it.

They seemed to make a deal about everything - it was a difficult experience. I feel as if they may have driven a route out of the way - on purpose. They did show up late as well. It was a really strange experience. They were also difficult about redeeming the Big Deal. I wasn't impressed with them. I would not use them again.

These guys know how to move a piano! Mine is a Victorian upright estimated to weigh between 600 and 800 pounds. There were 4 guys on hand to position it on a moving board of some type, wrap it securely with blankets, shrink wrap and ties, and then move it out the door, down one porch landing then down a flight of cement stairs to the truck - then delivery across town to a much less challenging environment but still hard work. The guys were friendly, professional, and courteous - any furniture items moved to make way for the piano were returned to their original position and they took great pains to make sure not to do any damage to landings or flooring, including putting down plywood on my kitchen tile floor and using padding on wood floors. They moved me 8 years ago, lock, stock and barrel and I knew they would do a good job moving the piano. I felt the pricing was fair and gave them a good tip because they were very nice to work with and they took great care of a rare antique. If there's a time I would need their services again I wouldn't even look anywhere else. Great family owned business that provides a good value and is very customer service oriented.
