The guys were great and very helpful. They were prepared for the rain and heat. They moved quickly and took those 2 flights of stairs with all of the heavy items that we had. Near the end, they were not putting boxes in rooms that they were labeled for, but that was no big deal. There was no damage that we could tell. Nice guys too!

Great, Movers were knowledgable about how to lift heavy or large pieces to avoid injury or damage. Worked well as a team. Great stamina - didn't stop until work was complete. Courteous and professional

They were very conscientious about wrapping and sealing everything in order to avoid the intrusive construction dust and exposure to the other elements involved in such a major construction project. They were polite, hard-working and extremely helpful and supportive of my needs.

They did a great job. Estimate was a little over how long it actually took, probably because we moved some boxes on our own. Easy to book by phone. Was told they'd be there between 8:30 and 9:30 and they arrived just before 9. Roy (the foreman) had an extra man and gave me the option of having him sit out or using him at a reduced cost. We did a quick walk through and he listened carefully to what we wanted and did not want done including leaving furniture assembled which we thought would fit up the stairs (we got lucky/were right). A bunch of furniture was carefully disassembled and reassembled. Everything was carefully padded with blankets and shrink wrapped. At our new place they asked where we wanted everything and even adjusted pieces a few times. They made sure everything was exactly as we wanted it. They also moved a refrigerator the previous owners had left in the garage. The whole job took 4.5 hours, and that included moving things during a huge downpour (we tried to wait it out for a bit but it wasn't stopping). Very professional, would use again.

They were recommended to me and were excellent. They were on time and showed up with enough help. Well organized with the way they packed and moved. It was a 3,000 square house with a lot of heavy items. They took their time and really knew what they were doing.

Wonderfully, very smooth and on time. The crew showed up, three guys and a truck as requested. They covered every piece of furniture I had with blankets before moving and unwrapped and placed all furniture at the new house. And finished faster than expected!

Everything went great! Mr. Perez and his crew were neat, organized, and packed everything so it wouldn't be damaged. They even worked on a Sunday to help us get moved in on time.

I'm so glad I used them. A piano company gave me a much higher quote and swore we'd need a crane, but these guys were able to do it just fine with some muscle. They were friendly, professional, and strong!

I have used Arthur Perez movers twice. Both times were terrific experiences. The movers showed up on time, worked vigorously throughout the day, and finished the move by mid-afternoon. The men were EXTREMELY courteous and cooperative, despite there being a lot of furniture to move. They broke nothing, and the price was reasonable. I couldn't be more satisfied with a moving company.

Their service was excellent. The movers were professional, timely and respectful to us and our belongings. The scheduler Rochelle was very kind and helped us schedule our move as soon as possible.

Supervisor Chris and his crew were a joy to work with. They were fast, thorough, helpful and thoughtful. As far as I can tell, not one box or piece of furniture was damaged. I would hire them in a heartbeat.

The crew that arrived to my apartment were true professionals. There was a crew of four people and they were able to move everything out of my third floor apartment and into the truck in a very reasonable amount of time. They took great care to get all my belongings (including several couches, two big screen TVs, and an exercise bike) down a very difficult set of stairs. Everything arrived at my home in excellent condition with the exception of a small chip in my headboard and a broken globe from a lamp. In their defense, the foreman warned me that he didn't like transporting lamp globes in the truck as they often break, but for some stupid reason on my part, I didn't just take it with me in my car. The workers were polite, hard working, and professional. I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to friends.

The movers arrived on time. There were eight men that worked together for 10 hours. They were a pleasure to work with the entire time. I had my new residence painted before the move and mentioned it to the foreman when they arrived. I did not have one scratch, dent on any wall in my new home. Not one item, upon unpacking, was broken. No furniture was scratched and they took extra care in the items that were marked fragile. I could not have been more pleased in how they performed their job and how they made a stressful task, like moving, go smoothly. Even my refrigerator had to be disassembled because it wouldn't fit through the door. They took it in stride and put me at ease with their professionalism and went about keeping all parts together, well marked and attached. They could not have been more friendly, helpful and communicated what they were going to do in a clear, professional manner.

They had three employees come out to help. It was six hours worth of work including travel time. They were reliable and they came when they said they would. They were really helpful by helping me finish packing and they were very careful while at it.

They were very polite and I felt like they just did a very good of taking care of our stuffs. They job went perfectly.

They were wonderful from start to finish. They showed up on time, were always courteous and professional, were extremely careful and damaged nothing at all, and even helped us with putting together beds and our baby's crib. They are a little expensive, but you get what you pay for, and Perez proves that. I can't say enough how good they are. I would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent. Can't be more satisfied. They were very meticulous. Moved heavy beds, furniture carefully. No problems. Would recommend highly and definitely hire again without a second thought.
