The move overall went very well. There were suppose to be 4 men but only 3 came. The down side was that it took longer but it still went very well.

They were so wonderful. I had a crisis come up two days before the move and was unable to finish packing. They went out of their and above and beyond their duty to helped me to pack which was so sweet and fantastic. They wrapped up my marble table and took care of me the entire time.

I have moved many times and this was the best move I have ever had. Instead of being stressful it was almost easy. Everything went smoothly, the men were fantastic and when one called in sick, Roy Perez came and helped finish the job.

Movers were friendly and professional. They weren't super fast by any means but their progress remained steady through the day. I had to help direct them sometimes to get better efficiency but overall they were satisfactory. Only issues was getting a large couch into one of my bedrooms, they needed help getting the couch maneuvered in order to get it in and this took a lot of time.

They were great. They were very punctual, helpful, and I would use them again. The scheduling was very smooth and I had no problems. They finished at the time they said they would be done. They sent 3 guys out to help with the moving.

We called after regular business hours, left a message, and received two callbacks right away. All questions answered professionally; estimate provided was exactly on-point. Large crew arrived on time and ready to work; each was polite, pleasant, helpful, and eager to please. Team leader introduced himself and crew, inspected site, let us know exactly how they would proceed. If they had any questions, they asked us. They took everything apart; put everything back together. They were careful with our furnishings; we had no damages. It was NOT easy because of tight spaces, multi-floor dwellings, and heavy furniture. The elevator was slow so the men carried mattresses, oak dressers, etc. up three flights of stairs. In the whole day of moving we never heard one word of complaint from any of these workers. We have used Arthur Perez Moving previously and I strongly recommend this company.

Moved from northeast to nola in Oct 2003. Just contacted them recently for another upcoming move. They had also moved me from Europe to northeast and were professional, on time& efficient. Although the ocean voyage went through 3 hurricanes and thus, dome damage to furniture occurred, they were timely in repairs, beautifully restored and used quality professionals. Would entrust them again!

These guys are fantastic! They showed up on time, did a quick survey of the job and were loading within 5 minutes of arrival. The job ended up being bigger than we had anticipated, but they quickly had a second truck on site to accommodate the rest of the furniture. They moved our house and 3rd floor apartment. It took 2 trucks, 5 guys and 13.5 hours to complete. Despite the amount of work and light rain, everyone had a great, pleasant attitude and were very helpful with anything we needed. They worked diligently and steady the entire time - no breaks!! They carefully wrapped all of our furniture and packed it securely. They took apart the beds, labeled the parts and put them back together in the new house. We had to take all the doors off my refrigerator/freezer in order to fit it out the door of the old house. They were more than happy to help with anything that needed to be done. One of the guys even helped me repair a broken light fixture at the old house! I couldn't be happier with Arthur Perez Movers. I would without question recommend them to anyone!!

very diligent and efficient. they figured out how to break down some large pieces of furniture (dining room table, big conference table) to make them fit well on the truck and to maneuver around some tight corners in both houses. They estimated about 9 hours when they submitted their bid, but the job only took 8 hours to complete.

They were wonderful. They were very careful with my stuff. There was a small scratch on the footboard of my bed but they paid to have it repaired.

The company was flexible with arrival time which I was unsure of at the time of confirmation. The office called to confirm the appointment the day before. The driver called 2 hours before arrival time to confirm. When the 3 man team arrived, they were calm and laid back when they found out they needed to wait another 1/2 hour to an hour. They were pleasant, professional and they worked very quickly to complete the job. The cost of the job was exactly what the estimate was, no surprises, no padding of the invoice. They accepted a check at the completion of the job, no down payment was required. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to any one.

They worked straight through lunch, non-stop for 9 hrs, until everything was finished. Their final price fell exactly within the estimated price quoted. I have already recommended them to others and will use them again if necessary.

These guys are great. They showed up on time and worked hard. After loading our entire house, including stuff in the hot attic, they went to our storage unit. We were not aware that it had leaked in the unit, and all the stuff was covered in mold. They were very patient as we dealt with the jerks at the storage place. Then, they moved everything into the new house. Nothing broke and everything was put in place professionally. I wish all movers were as professional and hard working.
