We have been using them for 14 years.

We have been using them for about 20 years. They are very flexible with our work schedules. We not only use them for our home, but for other real estate. We have been very happy with them. Prior to hiring them we had a challenge with termites. We have had no reoccurrence and it has been a good 10 years.

Excellent service, quick and complete, inspected house top to bottom for termites. Explained the prevention program and tips to avoid attracting termites. The peace of mind is definitely worth the price of the annual contract.

They are very responsive with appointments. They educate me on termites and how to handle them.

I have a contract with them. They come quarterly. They tell you when they're coming out. I leave the gate open, they come in, go out, leave a card, and tell you what they're going to do. They're not the cheapest, but, always on time. I give them high ratings and will continue to use them in the future.

They come out every year. We also get quarterly service for regular internal type of pest control. They do both inside and the outside. I have been using them for 15-20 years.

Service is good at this Terminix. Everything is fine. They do give us a courtesy call before they come, and they send us a notice when we are due for service. I would like to see the price lower but I would say that it is adequate

We have a yearly contract with them. They came with our house in 1980. The people who lived there before had them and so we just continued with them. We have been very satisfied and there is no reason to change. Their price is reasonable.

The house had been inspected and treated when I bought it so I've continued the inspection service. In general they send me two post cards once a year reminding me that I need to pay them and another one reminding me that it's time for an inspection. They come out and we do a walk around. They look at places like the bathrooms, cabinets and under the bathtubs. I did have an experience three years ago when I pretty much thought that they hadn't shown up for an annual inspection. They claimed they had and sent me a copy of the inspection form I had allegedly signed which looked like my signature. I thought it was a little strange considering that the date that was on it didn't coincide. I had only been out of the hospital after a major appendectomy for two or three days so I didn't think I would have been up to walking around. They sent somebody out and did it again for no charge. I could have possibly been wrong but it was weird. They could have called before they came and I probably would have told them that I was really not up to doing this.

They do a good job every time, and they keep my house free of bugs and other pests.

I have used them a couple of times. I haven't had any problems with the bugs and once he even helped me fix my dryer vent. They are nice and professional and I would highly recommend them. I'm glad they call when it's time to spray again so that way I don't have to keep track of how much time has passed.

They come out every 90 days and I have been using them for years. They call ahead to schedule and their service solves the problem. I will use them again in the future. Their product is good and I trust their employees.

Their work is above average. I inherited the contract when I purchase the home.

They have a standard price for various houses. They give good service and they come if I need them.

I called for a quote for termite service and general insect control inside the house. The service man showed up on time and went through the house and outside. My daughter received a copy of the inspection and a price for Termite treatment only. I called a few days after the inspection and asked to speak to someone about spraying the inside of the house which was not quoted in the paper work given to my daughter. I was given the inspectors cellphone number and called him. He said he was just headed into another inspection and could he call me back in about 15 minutes. I said sure. I have not heard from the inspector or Terminix since then. End of story.

After choosing Terminex from Angie's List, I called and set up an appointment for a termite inspection. The termite inspector showed up exactly as scheduled and called before arriving to confirm the appointment. She did a thorough inspection around my home, inside my home and in the attic. When she gave the OK, I decided to have Terminex treat my home and put it on contract for regular inspections to keep things OK. The crew that did the treatment called before hand to confirm the scheduled appointment, showed up exactly on time and completed the treatment quickly. A few days later the termite inspector came back to inspect the job. She found they had missed one area and promised to have the crew come back. The crew did comeback the next day and completed the area that was missed with no incovinience to myself. In short, I am delighted with Terminex's thorough and professional standards and will recommend them to others without hesitation. I wish all vendors would treat customers like Terminex treated me. BRAVO!

Terminix come out every year in August and treat the house for termites. They monitor their activities. Initially they come out and inspect the house and put some sort of poison barrier around it so that the termites don’t get in. Then they dig these little things through the yard, actually through the cement and put these devices in there. These devices tests for termites periodically. They come and inspect them periodically. Initially the payment is for $1000 and after that the payment is on an annual bases. If they see any activity they put down more poison and advice you what else to do. We stay with them because we have a friend whose house was demolished by termites. He rebuilt the house and used this company. Our friend has done a lot of research on this company. They give a termite warranty. We Pay $200 annually I think.

Very professional from start to finish. They located the problem easily, and quickly moved in to provide control. They were reasonably responsive to follow up questions and problems.

Well, I got 3 live big roaches in one day the week they came out - I have seen no dead roaches. The outside perimeter of the house could not be done on May 31 due to that fact that it was raining and I do not know if they ever came back. It has been 10 days since they came by.

We are satisfied with them. They do what they say they are going to do.

I called the office and within two days the representative was at my home. He inspected the property and assess the situation with the new water dam. I had also replaced some piers under the house. I knew the grounds would need to be retreated since we had disrupted the orginal barrier with the work. He gave me an estimate. within 4 days of signing the contract, his work crew was at my house. I knew everything they were going to do so I knew how to check if the work was completed correctly. I'm very satisfied. I now have a termite contract that will convey to a new owner should I sell this house.

They do great. This is my third year. They are always really diligent and I think the price is very reasonable.

I drove out to the Terminix office when I noticed some unwanted pests and they found someone to come and check my house right away. The people are always pleasant and courteous and are there when I need them.
