Josh was terrific. He arrived on time and did a thorough inspection and pet-friendly treatment of both the inside and outside. During his inspection, he noted two home maintenance needs (a broken soffit vent and an insect entry point where the A/C enters the house) that he suggested I address. Because my house backs into a park, he included a rodent bait trap in my year behind the A/C unit. I noticed immediate results. After about 2 months I called Josh after we began to see signs of roach activity. He retreated the house the same day and the treatment was totally successful. My only complaint is with me -- why didn't I get this service sooner.

I have a termite contract with Terminix. They treated the house for powder post beetles and that was part of my contract that I have with them. I was under contract so it cost me nothing. We really had to go to the mats to prove I had a contract with them, despite coming out every year and inspecting the house. And finally, when I was able to prove that to them to the point that they couldn't say no, it doesn't exist, then they finally came around and provided the service. They came out, did the service did a great job. I would say the guys who did the service I would give an A, but convincing them that I did have a valid contract, I would give them a C.

They're very conscientious. They're always available when I need them. They come back as many times as necessary to alleviate any problems.

I had an issue with them on 2014 where they have a bait system around the house and they come and check it. I had a large tree that fell on the house during a wind storm. The tree was weak because it got eaten up by termites. Terminx never informed that the tree was full of termites. I thought that they should have told me about that but they didn’t. They are suppose to be experts in termites so why they didn’t say nothing about the tree that it was eaten up so bad that the wind storm came and made a big hole on the roof and I had to replaced half the roof and the patio cover. I had Terminix came and they never assume any responsibility for any of that. The bait system had a warranty where that they would repair something if termites damage anything.

We were very pleased with the service provided by Terminix to protect our home from termites. Ronnie Gardner, from the Inspector/Sales Department of Terminix, did an excellent job when he came to our home to over the options available to us. Ronnie was very personable, courteous, knowledgeable, punctual and professional. He showed us how he determined the price for servicing our home and answered all the questions that we had. We were also satisfied with the service by the two men who came out to treat our home. They were also courteous, punctual, and professional.

They are here on time and very professional. They are convenient in regards to scheduling routine sprayings.

I had Terminex service for several decades. Recently, while fixing an area of my house, the contracter found live termites. Terminix inspector came to inpect the area and gave me a slip stating that there was NO ACTIVE TERMITES! I then made a video of the active termityes and they came back and looked at the damaged area after four telephone calls. Response was that they would fix the area damaged but I would have to pay 50% of the cost to their repair unit. They blamed that there was water in the area. Of course, it is know by everyone that there are no termites if there is no water.

I haven't had any problems so that's good. Everything goes smoothly. The price is reasonable.

It was wonderful. I like that the guy that's in charge of my area has been doing it in my area for a long time and he is personable. He did a very good job.

I use Terminix. It has been fine, no problems. They do it right now. They just did the renewal once a year.

The service provided was great. I didn't think they had the best prices but overall I had a good experience. You get what you pay for and their products work.

As usual--serviceman polite, competent. My parents started the termite contract years ago. We have never had a problem.

I hate writing bad reviews, but for how expensive termite treatment is, I believe we should have received better service. My experience is as follows: I called Terminix to set-up an appointment to receive a proposal for termite treatment. They were very prompt about sending someone to our house, and we had something scheduled for just a few days later. I met with a Terminix representative, who was every punctual and professional. He wrote us out an estimate and gave us a contract. My husband and I took a few days to consider the terms, price and services. We decided it seemed reasonably fair, and thus, we set-up a time with the same representative to give him the signed contract along with a substantial check. At this point, our experience took a turn for the worse. A week after giving Terminix our signed contract and check, we still had not heard a word from them regarding an appointment to have our house treated. I called the Terminix representative we had met with previously, and he instructed me that he had turned in our paper work, and that we should be receiving a call shortly. I then called Terminix, and even though I spoke with an individual who seemed concerned that no one had contacted us, I was asked to leave my number, and that my call would be returned. No one called me back that day. I received a phone call the following morning to set-up an appointment for more than 2 weeks later. Although frustrated, I accepted the appointment. My husband was a different story. In an effort to discern what had held our contract up, he contacted Terminix only to discover that apparently something had been wrong with our check. To date, no one has contacted us regarding the flaw with our check. I understand that this is a busy season, but these delays and lack of communication, in my opinion, are unacceptable. They were prompt about collecting the money, but getting the services performed has been another story, and as a customer, I feel taken advantage of. That being said, I must caveat everything with the following: The two Terminix representatives I have dealt with have been nothing but professional and courteous. Regardless, there is no excuse for the complete lack of communication and serious delay. And if this par for the industry, then something must change. It does not feel good to write a large check, and then not to hear from anyone for such a lengthy period of time. As we now have an appointment scheduled, I will happily amend this review to reflect the quality of services performed at that juncture.

I have the names and most dates of contact with Terminix personnel that I spoke with. I even asked at one point if Terminix wanted my business or should I go elsewhere; I was told that they wanted my business.

The technician was very professional and prompt. He did a thorough inspection of the house, located the bugs' nest, and put poison in all the spots where bugs would come into contact with it. The poison Terminix put down killed all bugs within 2 weeks. We have follow up appointments scheduled every 3 months to make sure the bugs do not return. Very professional and effective.

Review my home and offer annual coverage for terminate services.

The technician was courteous, prompt and competent. He was required to install traps in our bathroom, and did so, neatly and professionally. He cleaned up after himself, too!

They are very thorough. They are usually hear for about 3 hours when they come out. They are very informative. I also remember that it was very cold they came out.

They are okay. I don’t deal with them but my husband deals with them.

We have a contract with them. They do a yearly booster treatment. This is something they do every seven years so it is a big thing. They come every year in between and do inspection and a touch up. They were already treating the house when we moved it. We did not select them, we just continued their contract. They seemed like a national company. My overall experience was fine. They seemed ok. Everything they are doing now is preventive.

Terminix personnel were very prompt. They took care of the problem immediately. Very good service.
