They are really good about reminding me when I need to get my house inspected. They always tell me what they are going to and then do it.

Overall, they are excellent. They come and do what they are suppose to do.

The inspector came in and walked the entire perimeter and then inspected all interior areas that were not easily visible. After his inspection, he thoroughly explained each area of concern but informed me that there we no issues, only some minor concerns. He was very thorough and explained everything in detail. Although he was the most expensive of all the inspections, he was as meticulous as the home inspector. Overall, he was excellent.

They are a rip off and I would never use them again.

They did not send us a bill, and we did not realize that the bill had not been sent, so we didn’t pay it without a bill because every year, the amount was different. Then we got termites, and when we tried to put in a claim, they said that our policy had been cancelled because we had not paid. We ended up suing them, and we weren’t happy with the judge’s decision because the judge said that we should have realized that we didn’t get a bill and we should have notified them. As a result, we ended up having to put out $25,000 out of our own pockets to repair the damage, for a policy that should have paid for the damages. We got it when we bought the house, and kept it up, but they were trying to get out of it because the area was infested with termites. That was their way of dealing with the situation. Terminix didn’t pay us anything, basically they said that they had no responsibility because they had no contract. We changed from them to another company, and we have been very satisfied with them, we have a termite contract, and a monthly bug contract.

I have them for all of my pest control needs and also termite needs. They come out and check the house monthly. They are reliable. They call before they come out to make sure that there is someone at home to come and do the services. If I need to make an additional call to them in addition to any contract I am holding they will there right on the spot and come out as soon as they can come. They have there for a long time and keep the client satisfied. They do their job and do their job well. In a sub-tropical climate I have problems with termites, mosquitoes and watts and they take care of it. They take care of their personal to give them their deal and when they come out with product they come out with more than adequate amount of product to do the job. I have been fortunate not to have termites as I live in an area which is reclined from the lake so if I dig about six feet down I get water. So naturally I live in an area where it is prone to subterranean termites but the services that I have had with Terminix I have had no problems with termites.

They got rid of our termite problem. We have used them for over 15 years. They come out a few times a year. They also checked my oak tree, which they did not have to do.

If they find any termites, they come inside and inspect inside. They worked out great.

They were very proactive and told me what my problem was. They told me to take up some pavers so they could spray under them. They sprayed and opened up walls to check for termite damage.

They guy who comes out is great. They are flexible with scheduling and are quick to respond. They have always been courteous.

I have a contract with them so I pretty much have to stay with them. Once you get a treatment done you can't just switch to a different company for the inspection; they don't honor the guarantee if you don't stay with them for the inspection. They are professional; they come and the treatments don't take long at all. Their work is fine and I will use them again in the future.

They are very accommodating with making appointments. I have been totally satisfied with the service.
