They were quick to respond and very professional. I thought they were very good in what they did. I would probably use them in the future. I thought their price was high. I spent a lot for the service. They were expensive.

The estimate was more than double what the next person offered. It looks like Stuart Enterprises charges a lot because of all those fancy billboards and detailed vans. I have no doubt that they provide top-notch service--they have to 'cause they have a name brand to protect. However, they charge a LOT.

I was in the process of purchasing this home and it was from the inspection report that we found the leak. The seller of the home hired stuart services to fix the problems. After living in the house for a few months we realized the a/c still had a leak. We put in a service call to stuart services as if we were a new client and they reported that their was a link and whomever we hired didn't fix it. He wasn't very amused when we told him it was stuart services. They are extremely overpriced and aren't very honest. I would never used them nor would I recommend them. Let me clarify, no I do not have the wrong company. Yes it was the previous owner who hired stuart services to fix an a/c leak from the inspection report. She paid and was told the leak was fix, several months later the owners son was sent out when we called and he looked at the unit and said, it has a leak. At the time he didn't realize that yes stuart services supposely fixed that leak already. NO THE LEAK WAS NEVER FIXED AND THE OWNER WAS CHARGED $700.00 FOR WORK THAT WASN'T DONE. Then after admitting the leak wasn't fixed he proceded to tell me what needed to be done to "condition" the a/c unit to work more efficiently. That was his terms and yes it would cost me $2635.00. What a joke!!!! I had several a/c companies come out and all comfirmed there was a leak and wanted to know how you condition the unit to work more efficiently. If you would like to do further research on this company just run their name in the jefferson parish courthouse to see all the law suits against them. Also they wouldn't refund the previous owners money even after admitting to the mistake. Do your own homework.

Their estimate was too expensive and I will not be using them. They were twice the price of other quotes I received.

Had problems with the work and service, that they eventually took care of, but it was a frustrating experience. Service after the sale was not impressive at all. The office staff not customer-friendly. will not use again-have switched to another company to service my units.

At the beginning, there was a misunderstanding with the pricing on my part. The company contacted me and the problem was resolved. The person that called me is very professional and treated me with respect. He listened to my complaint and took care of the problem. I will gladly call them again to work on my house.

Had been having recurring issues with plumbing around the house. Looked around for reviews of various establishments and finally settled on one. They were very professional about setting up appointment times and they are very upfront and clear about possible repair options rather than just telling you what you need done. Their office calls to confirm appointment times and lets the customer know when the technician is on their way. They aren't the cheapest around but the value of the work done and the honest approach with which they treat their customers is reason enough to recommend them without reservation. Highly recommended, would use them again absolutely.

I just need to get more quotes for this project to compare with. They seemed high to me but they might be a steal; I just don't know what the going rate is. I thought they were thorough, prompt, and courteous. If the price is right, I just might use them.

They did a very good job. I spent $90 on that job. I would definitely recommend them to others because they are prompt and do very good work. It took days for them to come out after I called them. They will be coming out tomorrow to do some air-conditioning work.

He had good communication with me throughout the project. He was very professional and quick. They were able to come out immediately. They were all A’s for their service. I would call them back out in the future.

It went well. I gave them a B overall because they had good service but it was difficult to schedule a time for them to come out that was really convenient for me. I would probably use them again.

Stuart Services submitted the lower bid and based on prior knowledge of the company I decided to have them do the work. The work began and finished on time. Very professional and conscientious. I will definitely use this company for any future plumbing, electrical and A/C repairs.

The whole encounter went well. I did have an appointment scheduled, however the technicians called and said they were delayed on another job and would not make it that day. The new technician came several business days later. The A/C expert did a very thorough check, taking well over an hour to do so. He took the time to explain what it would take to fix properly. Unfortunately, the proposed solution involved some ductwork (re-routing), the replacing of both air handlers on the inside of the house. Apparently, they are of the wrong size. But, they are also only 3 years old. The estimate he gave me nearly gave me a coronary. $17,000. Even the second-best, less-than-ideal solution, would have been in the $8,000-$10,000 range. I had been hoping that a company as well-recommended as Stuart would have been able to "tweak" my relatively new A/C at least a little bit! And for a lot less money! The $150 for the inspection is reasonable. But the estimate floored me!

The workers had to come several times. 30 to 40 minutes before each appointment I received a phone call saying they were on their way. Wyatt, the service technician, was extremely professional. He thoroughly checked both of my AC units inside and out. Wyatt showed me where the problems were, he wrote down all the checks performed on both systems, and he answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Then he gave me a list of options to resolve my problem of no AC. He wrote a list of all the work and parts that were needed and the price for each. After agreeing to the bottom line, we both signed the form. Installation was done by Shawn and two helpers. They, too, were very professional. They worked the entire day outside in the heat (90+ degrees), up in the attic, and under the house. I never heard a single complaint. They installed everything, cleaned up everything, then made sure everything worked. Shawn wrote down all the work done and we both signed the form. Well done!

They started installing the new unit three days after I told them let's do it. They finished in about 3 hours. There was two people doing the work. I was very pleased with everything when it comes to this company. The people were very nice and they even cleaned up well. The price for the service was good.

It took a while for a tech to come out to my house, about a week after I called. When someone finally came out, he did not have the expertise to fix the problem. Because I had explained on the phone that my heating unit kept kicking off, they sent a "heat guy." But, when he came out, he told me the problem was electrical, and I would need one of their electricians. It took another week before an electrician could come over, and still he couldn't fix the problem. A few days later, Stuart sent another electrician who finally fixed the problem.

They do great work. Because of their demand, in our experience the wait for an appointment is a couple of weeks.
