Description of Work: The salesman I worked with was Charles Ravaglia. He was very thorough and walked me through the entire process. The work was completed within 2 days, as promised. Everyone I dealt with from South Coast Solar was very friendly and professional. The best part of it all is that my Entergy bills have been only $10-$13 every month during the summer! I am so pleased I had a solar installed and that I worked with South Coast Solar.

[member name removed], Thanks for your review. This is Scott Oman, one of the owner's here at South Coast. I am sorry the process of getting your utility meter installed went slower than usual. This was not a normal situation in that there was an issue with the account being in the name of a deceased person and the delay getting that issue resolved so we could submit the corrected information. It's good to know that even after working through all of that that you are happy with the performance of your system. Description of Work: South Coast Solar installed panels on our house and did efficency tests and improvements on our house. Everyone we dealt with were professionals in every sense of the word - from sales, to install, to helping with the meter change. I would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: South Coast was very helpful in providing me with the documentation I needed for tax credits and rebates. Several years later when I needed info for my tax assessor, the company president answered me immediately. My solar panels provide all the electrivity I need and my monthly electric bill is only $7 per month (a connection fee). The system has worked flawlessly for 4 years. The job was valued at $50,000. With tax rebates & credits worth 80%, my cost was $10,000. Yes, I would hire them again. I recommend them to all my friends & people who walk past my house.

Description of Work: A few years ago they installed solar panels and a solar water heater in the attic. It did not turn out very good. They never cleaned up behind themselves. The stairwell to the attic is still messed up.

It is true that we had an installation crew at the time of your installation that did some work below the standards I have set for the company. If you would like me to come by and take a look at these outstanding issues please call the office and ask for Scott or Greg. Your system is still under warranty and I will make sure these issues are addressed. Thank you for being truthful in your assessment otherwise these items would not have come to my attention.
