Description of Work: The repair man was here close to the appointed time. He checked the fridge and advised me that it might need a new valve. He said he would have to pick one up from the supplier and would only install it if the old valve wasn't working. He came back the following day and determined that the valve was OK and didn't need replacing. It turned out that the filter was frozen solid and would not allow water to enter the ice maker. The repair man was courteous and charged me only for the filter and the one service call. I was very pleased and would recommend them.
