We needed to have a dead 30+ foot tree removed from our backyard. We contacted Robby at Louisiana Tree Company and he made an appointment to come out the very same day. About an hour or two later he emailed us his proposal. Because we live in a special tree preservation district, we needed to obtain a special permit from our parish council to remove the tree. Robby offered to facilitate this process by sending us the required forms, taking the necessary photos to be attached to the forms and then taking the forms, photos and permit fee to the parish office saving us days of trying to do this by ourselves. This was all included in his most reasonable job proposal. Robby and his crew arrived on time as promised to do the job. We were impressed by how courteous and neat his workers were. They removed all our patio furniture and plants from the area, then placed plywood sheets on the lawn to prevent gouging by the falling limbs. They continually raked and picked up smaller branches during the process. The tree in question was on the property line with our neighbor and Robby introduced himself to our neighbor, asking permission to go on his property to clean up some of the debris which fell across the fence. The cutting went quickly and orderly. We were impressed by how each worker seemed to know what needed to be done and took the initiative to do it. Once the tree was cut down and removed the workers did a final raking of the area, then followed up with a leaf blowing of our patio before finally replacing our patio furniture and plants. A few hours later another worker came by to grind out the stump. All business transactions with Robby were handled efficiently by text and email. Payment was made on line after the job was completed. We were 100% pleased with the careful and efficient work done by Robby and his Louisiana Tree Company.

Rob came to look at my tree on a Sunday afternoon and by Wednesday he and his crew had trimmed my oak tree. I felt as though he was taking care of one of his own trees. My tree looks amazing and I could not be happier. I would absolutely hire Rob and his crew again. They are responsible and truly care. Not one of my baby plants under my oak were harmed during the trimming!!!

Everything went without incident. Showed up on time with the right equipment and efficiently removed the tree as promised. Caused minimal yard disruption and cleaned up everything when done. Without a hitch. Very complex and difficult removal of a huge tree in the middle of my backyard complicated by the proximity of power lines, my house, and two houses of my neighbors. Robert brought in cranes, dumpster, bobcats, and expert crew who did the job quickly, safely, and left the area clean with a minimum of disturbance of the rest of the yard. Top notch service.

Amazing. Robert came by and gave us an estimate and worked with us on the price. Robert and the crew were very punctual and really worked their ***** off to get everything done in a day. They managed to remove three decaying trees from our yard. What was really appreciated was how tidy they kept our backyard after the tree removal. From the moment they arrived, everything was flawless. Robs knowledge and love for trees is master level. 4 men showed up in matching shirts......girls gotta love that. They carefully made every cut so that my oak would be healthy. Super kind and thoughtful. His prices are extremely reasonable. They cleaned up the yard completely. You can request them to cut up the wood for next years firewood. He even tells you the best way to season the wood. These men are the kind of men that you would have at your dinner table. I was blown away by the experience.

Robert Meyer responded quickly to our request for his services. He came to our home within 24 hours of our request. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. He let us know that we had been misinformed and did not need the work done. He wrote a letter for us explaining that our home was not in the neighborhood district where this work would be required, and that we had no trees that needed protection. I received his letter by email that same evening and I was able to return to the parish office and get the permit I needed, without his services. Of course, I expected a bill for his visit, his time, and his letter but he explained that he was just happy to help me avoid jumping through hoops that I did not need to jump through. He saved me time, money, and unnecessary stress! He also gave me some excellent information about a problem he noticed with my Sega Palm trees. I am now treating them for an issue that may have caused me to lose them. Meeting Mr. Meyer was a pleasure and just from our brief conversation I am convinced that he knows trees, and the regulations about trees in our parish. If I am ever in need of an arborist I know exactly who I will call.

Perfectly. Friendly, clean, professional, polite ands very knowledgeable about trees, pruning and safety. They wore safety goggles, hard hats and held the ladder for their co worker. They were very serious about their work and were professional. Their price was very good. I would trust them with any pruning and tree work.

We had a great experience working with Rob. We hired him to cut some really old and massive trees infested with termites at our grandmother's house. He worked around our needs and was very prompt and helpful throughout the whole process. He came by the home with in hours of our call and gave us and estimate with in a day. Louisiana Tree Company's price was competitive but I chose Louisiana Tree Company because I valued Robert's honesty, straightforwardness, and knowledge. Louisiana Tree Company showed up on time and completed the work above and beyond my expectations. Most of all, I was amazed by their expertise to safely cut and bring down large branches. 10/10 I will use Louisiana Tree Company again to remove another tree from my property.

Robert is a busy businessman with a lot of experience and right equipment. It took couple of weeks to provide an estimate and about a week to complete the job. His crew removed two medium size and one small stump from my yard in Kenner. He was very flexible and worked around my needs. I am certainly would use him again and recommend him to others. Value he provided was outstanding.
