FIVE STARS !!! I’ve used Louisiana tree company three times. They’ve cut down a large and medium tree for me and most recently trimmed branches away from my roof. I couldn’t be my satisfied with there work. They’ve always left my property looking better than the way they found it. Before you go with another company talk to Robert, he is willing to work with you on the price and in my experience is willing to beat other quotes.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! I requested an estimate on Tuesday morning and Robert was at my house later that afternoon to take a look. My tree was splitting in 2 places and was in danger of falling. He emailed me an estimate that night. As soon as I approved the quote, his insurance certificate was emailed to me. He and his crew were at my house Wednesday morning and were finished an hour and a half later. These guys were amazing. They worked and communicated so well together and seemed to not only truly enjoy what they were doing, but each other as well! They were like a well oil machine! They were professional, friendly, and did a fantastic job. My tree even had some baby squirrels that were only a few days old so Robert, the owner, immediately contacted a wildlife rehab. I highly recommend Robert and his team!!!

Awesome job. The trucks pulled up at 8:05 and by 9:00 the 25' Queen Palm was gone. All the furniture was replaced and my yard was exactly as it was prior to 8:00 - minus the tree and the baby squirrels that were nesting in the tree. They rescued the baby squirrel and brought it to a rehab facility. We would definitely recommend Robert and his team for tree services.

I HIGHLY recommend Robert and his crew at Louisiana Tree to anyone that needs a tree removed. Especially a tree that no one wanted to touch because it is between a power line, a swimming pool, a fence and a shed. Everyone backed away or over quoted us. Not Robert. He has a can - do super hero attitude. He has the confidence and experience to back it up. His quote was reasonable and he stayed in touch with us throughout the challenging process. First entergy had to come out to assess, that took about a week to get scheduled, then a first ever June hurricane decided to hit and pushed some jobs back, but Robert stayed on top of things and stayed in touch. He also emailed us his insurance info and certification. He is an arborist and licensed and he has no problem explaining everything. It took about 1.5 weeks for everything to be completed with all the crazy curve balls. His expert problem solving skills and dealing with such a dangerously located tree such as ours while keeping his sense of humor, remaining cool and professional throughout it all. His crew were equally brilliant and I am glad they weren't easily scared off to take on such a monster project. I couldn't have asked for better service. We are very pleased with the job they did and most of all - no one got hurt! Thank you, thank you, thank you! If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

I got three prices and Robert beat the others by a lot! He communicates well via text and keeps you informed. His estimate came back quick and was very professional with an online acceptance process. Robert and his team have been caring for my live oak for the last 8 years when we bought our home and I would not consider using anyone else. They are always readily available when I call for them to come care for my tree and promptly show up to get the job done and cleaned up when they are finished, leaving no remnants of the trim. They are always so friendly and caring and have the best prices around. I would and have recommended them to all my family and friends needing tree services.

Mr. Robert responded in a timely fashion and was very polite and professional. We set a date for 5/8/20. He contacted me via text on 5/7/20 asking if we could reschedule the following Monday or sometime that week. He indicated that there was a 70 % chance of rain and in addition to that he had poison ivy in his eye. I happily agreed. I didn't hear from him so I contacted him on the 15th of May and he said that a part on his machinery ( a chiller or something) was broken and being fixed. More time passed , so I contacted him again via telephone and he said the part was still broken. That was in May and I have yet to hear from him and nor do I have the desire to hear from him. I don't know how the gentleman made your list. I am certain that he is good at his job once he " shows up " . Blocking his number as soon as I submit this review. If he said anything other than what I just indicated, I I have text messages and emails to prove that my account is both honest and accurate.
