The work was done very swiftly and professionally. The actual cutting and hauling away took only a couple of hours. Robert was very communicative about scheduling and I appreciate his policy of no payment until all of the work is done. My husband, who was at the house when the work was done, was astounded at how thorough they were. There is virtually no sign of the presence of any of the trees. They left the site clean. I'm very happy with the work. Also, I appreciate how well-documented every step is. I immediately received a final invoice (which was exactly the same as the quote) the day the work was done and there was so many options for payment - including online and via check. Definitely will recommend to friends and family who need tree work.

I was at work and he called to say they were there. He has a crew that comes out. He doesn't even leave a leaf on the ground, he's so good. They clean up everything. I've used him twice. Everything is cleaned up and spotless when they're done.

The company showed up promptly, earlier than expected actually. And finished very quickly and efficiently. The also did a great job cleaning up after themselves. The trees that were affecting my power line were successfully removed and that area of the yard looks beautiful. It was recommended by the company's owner that the nuisance tree in the front be removed. I am extremely happy I followed his recommendation, because my yard looks better than ever now!

Phenomenal! Owner is on the job site working along side of the crew!! He was overly cautious which seems imperative when cutting down an 80ft tree. This job was pretty sizable and it was finished in less than a day. When I came home from work, there was NO evidence of even the smallest branch on my lawn. If my tree wasn't missing, I wouldn't have even known Louisiana Tree Company was at my house! This was an impeccable performance from the owner AND crew, as promised! Also, 2 of my neighbors reported that they enjoyed watching how seemless and methodical the crew worked to get this job done. My neighbors expressed how they were both shocked and overly pleased that this company "went out of their way to stay out of their way." The bottom line is Louisiana Tree Company has competitive pricing while delivering exactly what is promised, and then some. I would recommend HIGHLY!

Robert was extremely professional and no nonsense. We were concerned the size of the tree would cause a mess but you can't even tell there was a 30 foot tree there before. The job was done in a timely manner and just as described. We are very pleased.

The work performed was well above my expectations. The work was scheduled to begin at 8am. The crew was prompt, set up in moments and ready to go as scheduled. They brought all the necessary equipment to reach, cut, haul and clean up after they were done. My trees were close to my and my neighbors home. They cut the trees very carefully and precisely. There was absolutely no damage to either my or my neighbors homes. Each and every member of the tree cutting crew were definitely professionals. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the work that was done. I would not hesitate to call on their services again in the future.

I emailed them about the stump removal and they came the next day, on a Sunday(!) to correct it.

Very professional. Very prompt and courteous. Robert and his crew arrived right on time. These trees were close to our home and LTC removed these two very large trees with no issues in about 7 hours - I thought it would be a 2 day job! They cleaned up every bit of mess from the removal. The price was very fair for the work that had be done. I would highly recommend them! No need to shop around for prices. (cost also included stump grinding)

Looking at this job made me very nervous, however when you hire professionals the job is routine for them. LTC proved to be very knowledgeable in tree trimming. Watching them remove the branch was exciting and I had no fear of damage to my roof. If you're in need of tree trimming, Robert and his crew are excellent and I will be calling them again real soon.

Louisiana Landmarks Society operates the circa 1799 Pitot House Museum and we are extremely particular about our garden. After interviewing several tree service providers we selected Louisiana Tree Company to handle several years? deferred maintenance on our trees and garden. Louisiana Tree Company (LTC) took care of removing two small wax myrtles and trimmed several of our large trees, raising the canopy and enhancing the visibility of our House while also improving the health of the trees. LTC provided comprehensive service from the cutting to debris removal and stump grinding, all in an efficient, timely manner. Robert and his workers were on time, courteous, and very knowledgeable. At our request, Robert also returned to perform additional removal work we decided we needed done the following day. As lagniappe, the workers also disposed of other debris and helped move very large, heavy potted trees to new locations, a feat our staff would not have been able to manage. Robert and his crew went above and beyond to insure the work they performed was to complete satisfaction. At our request they returned and performed additional work that was not on the original contract at no additional charge. We are very satisfied with the service and plan to use them again when future needs arise.

Louisiana Tree Co. was a fantastic hire from start to finish. We first met about a week before for a free estimate. Mr. Meyer was very prompt with submitting his estimate for the work. It arrived the same day. Louisiana Tree Co. and team arrived at our agreed upon time and promptly began work. As promised, Mr. Meyer was there overseeing all work and was even in our tree himself. They removed a potentionally hazardous tree from our backyard that was leaning toward our child's room. Mr. Meyer was very cautious and took great care to not damage our home, yard, and other tree. Each member of his team was very professional and nice. The stump removal was subcontracted by Steve's Stump Removal. Mr. Steve was also very nice and pleasant to work with. Their timing was impeccable. Steve arrived within 5 minutes of Louisiana Tree Co. finishing their portion of the work. Steve was able to grind the stump down exactly where we needed it. There was a miscommunication between me and Mr. Meyer, I feel this was MY fault. The miscommunication was about having the stump grindings hauled away. I did not know just how much grindings would be left after the process was complete. For a 60ft tall pecan tree, about 12x4x3ft of grindings were left behind. An amount that I could not manage by myself. I called Mr. Meyer and explained the miscommunication and my current predicament. His first response, "Mr. Zach would it make you happy if I came and removed them?" "Yes, I can not manage it on my own." His reply was "I will be there first thing in the morning." He again arrived at our agreed upon time and removed everything to my complete satisfaction. As a home owner I have used many companies and services. Louisiana Tree Co. is hands down the best I have experienced. I HIGHLY recommend their service. Thank you for such a great experience!

Robert and Anthony were both professional and courteous. Job was performed as scheduled, all workers were there on time. After the tree was trimmed, the entire yard was cleaned and spotless of any tree debris. Very pleased with the company and job performance. Would highly recommend using this company.

I didn't realize it at the time, but it was Mardi Gras Tuesday when I called Robert, the owner of Louisiana Tree Company, to ask for an estimate to cut back a palm tree that was hitting mine and the neighbors roof. He came to the house that morning, despite all the truck floats staging up on Jefferson Avenue, clearly and patiently answered all my questions, and submitted a written estimate by email that afternoon. His price was very competitive. Robert and his crew arrived on the scheduled date and time, completed the job without a hitch, and left the site in cleaner condition than they found it. What more can I ask for. Perfect. Professional. I highly recommend the Louisiana Tree Company for any tree work you may have around the house. Hire them! You won't be disappointed.

It went absolutely great! Robert & his crew (think it was 5 guys all together, they moved so fast it was difficult to tell!) arrived early and as a team,worked non stop for at least three hours. The difference with a professional crew is outstanding. My good friends recommended Robert & his Louisiana Tree Service Company to me & I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else. So satisfied I just phoned them to say thank you!

Our house is on a very small lot, and the property lines on the sides and back are only eleven feet away from the structure. Despite this, former owners had planted many (too many) trees in the yard, some directly against the foundation, and others in a position where they were rubbing against our roof and gutters. Robert came out one day and gave our house and garden a thorough examination. He advised us on what trees to remove and suggested several that we could save. On the day we scheduled for the work, he and his crew arrived at 8:00 a.m. They did the agreed-upon work quickly and efficiently, they were unfailingly polite and courteous, and they left the yard cleaner than it had been when they arrived. We couldn't be more pleased.

This company was really excellent. Robert arrived promptly for an estimate and made sure to answer all of my questions and concerns. On the day of service, the team arrived right on time, everyone was very polite, worked extremely efficiently and cleaned up nicely when they were done. Our tree looks wonderful and should now stay healthy for years to come. I highly recommend this company and will be sure to call them for any of our future needs!

He was excellent and had great manners, even though my neighbor was mean to them. They made a mess while they were there, and had tree limbs everywhere, but when they were finished you didn't even know they'd been there it was left that clean.

I called Robert to request an estimate for the removal of a large pecan tree in my back yard with rear yard and arial access to the tree. He was very professional on the phone, and we arranged for him to come to my house to provide the estimate the next morning. He was punctual - he even called when he was 15 minutes or so away. He provided me with an emailed estimate later that afternoon, which I approved after we agreed to an adjustment to the scope and a clarification of the terms. (One of the stipulations was that I was going to have to lose one of my gardenia bushes in my backyard for them to gain access.) Robert and his crew arrived promptly on the scheduled day, and were done by mid-day. They performed exactly as they agreed to, with the exception that they didn't remove or harm my gardenia bush! I highly recommend Robert and Louisiana Tree Company!

Absolutely professional from the first contact. We got several estimates ranging from no way to absurdly high; this company gave us a real, fair price right up front with no 'meet 'em or beat 'em bs, questionable add-ons or exclusions. Excellent communication from Anthony the Foreman, who kept us appraised of their schedule (we have roof/siding work upcoming soon) and made sure it worked with ours. Robert the owner personally guided his well equipped crew to a careful and efficient completion of our job, and they left it cleaner than it was when they started. I just can't imagine a better tree care experience than ours from Louisiana Tree Company, and I would Sincerely Recommend them without any hesitation!

Very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Arrived on time. Satisfactorily completed work. Cleaned area and hauled away debris. Afterwards, couldn't tell anyone had been working around my home other than noticing the tree had been cleared above the roof. Very pleased with their work. Highly recommended.

Robert and an additional crew member came out a few days later to do the trimming he had proposed and remove a willow that was too close to the fence. I was very impressed that they were willing to come on a Saturday in order to get the job done in a timely way. They did an excellent job trimming the cedar and removing the willow and trimming another willow. I can't believe how great our trees look now! They removed all the debris and cleaned up the yard so well that it's like they hadn't even been here doing massive work. The gentleman who came to grind the stump did a meticulous clean up job, first using a blower, but when that didn't work he even used a broom and hose to remove the mud off the driveway that had been tracked in by his machine. I was so impressed and grateful! I would recommend this company without reservation. Their prices are competitive and their expertise and concientiousness can't be beat!

Robert was wonderful to work with. Because the tree was on the property line and my neighbors had dogs, he diligently put up temporary fencing while the work was done. This was a big project and he had to make a few trips to the house to get everything done. He kept me informed throughout the project and I think the price was very fair for the amount of work done. I would use Robert again and recommend his services to others.
