Description of Work: Jeff Leblanc delivered and applied fill to backyard in March 2016 and in front yard on August 30 2016. My confidence in Mr. Leblanc when selecting him was high even without consulting Angie's List, and was rewarded with an excellent outcome. I can recommend his services without reservation.

+ -1 moreFrom the first phone call, he was prompt to respond. He showed up to do an estimate and started work on Monday the following week. He started exactly when he said he would. Jeff and his crew worked non stop! They filled under our house with sand as opposed to sand pumping which would have cost us $2,100 more! After that, the crew re-grated our yard with sand, one wheel barrel at a time. The whole job was done is 2 days...just as he said. They planted winter grass seeds on top. Jeff told us exactly when they would sprout and they did. Jeff is professional, friendly, punctual, and down to earth. He does not gouge you on prices.
Description of Work: Jeff Leblanc and his crew filled under our home and regrated our yard with sand, then planted winter grass seeds on top.

The price depends and varies depending on exactly what the work is. He gives a fair price. He is very personable, very conscientious about his work. He stays with his people and is there on the job, on the project the entire time. He supervises everything. I think he is someone that anybody would feel comfortable with. I would use him in the future.

Description of Work: I received a call back right away. Jeff told me that he only did demo but could recommend another landscaper...I hired Garden Specialties, his referral, and was very happy with their work. It included removing two large sagos, to be recycled, complete clean-up of two yards and replanting two beds.

+ 0 moreCalled him and left message. He called back promptly. Within 2 days he came to my house (not requiring that I take time off to meet him), called me back with an estimate. Once I gave him approval, he came out within a couple of days. Just took a couple of hours to get it done. Again, not requiring I be there.
Description of Work: Took down a chain link fence at the rear of my property. cut down and clearned out all the debris that had grown up between the chain link fence and neighbor's wooden fence. Took down a shrub that had gotten out of hand by my front door. Dug up shrubbery all across the front of my house, leaving a few of the plants that I had requested..

Description of Work: Jeff Leblanc Services LLC put sand all around my house and took a whole bunch of debris out of my backyard. They also seeded the front and backyard. They recently came out and did some gardening.
