Jeff arrived on time with this team of workers. The materials also arrived on time. Work was done in a very prompt and professional manner. The job site was cleaned up before they left.

Jeff LeBlanc was prompt, courteous and efficient, however the dirt was spread too thickly and my 30+ yr old St. Augustine died as a result. He had assured me that by the time the winter grass he seeded died in the late spring, my St. Aug would be coming up again. I watered frequently as instructed. However 7 weeks later my yard was a dessert, just one week before a wedding reception for a friend. I had to lay new sod and have gone through a lot of trouble. In fairness, I did not report this to Jeff as the only solution was to resod, but I would say he needs to supervise his workers-- as they didn't speak English and weren't trained enough. Also follow-up with his customers may be required for lessons learned.

Jeff returned all calls. Jeff and Scott promptly arrived at the time/date for the initial consultation. On the day of service, Jeff and his crew arrived on time and performed the designated tasks beautifully. They cleaned up all debris and left it as agreed on the driveway for garbage pick up the next day. I would recommend Jeff LeBlanc Services to others and would not hesitate in using his services again.

Everything went great. They arrived on time and did what was required. Since I couldn't take off work, I left before the job was complete. They still finished as if I had stayed. When I got home, there was no mess. I will definitely use them again.

They were wonderful. The cost was fairly expensive, because I had extensive work done. They were very courteous, very helpful, and very thorough.

Jeff and his crew arrived promptly when he said they would. He had a group of six guys who immediately went to work non-stop. I was expecting this to be along the lines of an all-day job. But, wow, do his guys know what they're doing! They efficiently and quickly had the whole thing down, including digging up the wooden floor; carted everything out to the roll-off dumpster, and did a remarkable cleanup job around the site in about two and a half hours! The price he quoted for the work was more than fair, particularly for the size of the crew involved. I was expecting maybe two or three guys, he brought twice that. From my first contact with Jeff, he was quickly responsive, answered all questions and concerns directly, and fully explained what they would be doing. In addition, upon arrival, he stayed with his crew supervising until the last bit off debris was picked up. A real professional, Jeff struck me as a good man of character who lives out his beliefs by treating people fairly and honestly. He's the type of man you are glad to have work at your home -- indeed, I expect that he'd be a great neighbor to have around. I have a few other projects around the yard and outside the house that I'll be scheduling in the coming months. I know there's only one man I'll need to be calling, and that's Jeff LeBlanc.

Jeff showed up at the time promised with a full crew and the work was done in record time. They were very efficient and gave us a lot of information on how to keep the garden area maintained. I would highly recommend them to others and will call them again as the need arises.

It was handled pretty efficiently however he did a poor job in spreading the dirt. He did it quickly as possible and did a poor job in spreading the dirt. he originally told me that he was going to put the fill in so that the grass would grow back but he put it so heavy that the grass is not going to get through. He did overall a poor job in spreading the dirt. But his price is good as far as what I now about how much dirt he got. I know how much dirt you can get with that price if you buy it from a company and his price was certainly right in there. He also certainly came out and gave me an estimate right away and he came out and did the job very quickly. There was no time lag in there.

It went well, arrived on-time, took only half a day, Jeff was there for most of the work and explained any question that was asked, they cleaned up and bagged the trash and watered all the flowers before they left. The client is very pleased and the neighbors love it too!

New sods contained lots of unrecognizable weeds I have ever seen. I took several photos of this weed and sent them to Louisians AG center. They were very alarmed because the weed was called " Alligator weed" ., most invasive weed ,,rarely seen in Metro New Orleans area. After one year , I still have to turn over each sod and extract huge long tree roots like alligator weed's roots wHich had been woven into the St Augustine grass. When I returned from errands yesterday(4/21,Sunday), I found my husband pale and subdued. He told me Jeff LeBlanc called him at 1:20pm and told him he was upset because of the bad review he received, Jeff talked for 25 minutes how wrong my review was. I was concerned about my 85 year old husband's health so I gave him a glass of water and put him in bed and told him not to be frightened with the phone call he received from Jeff. I was very angry because it was not Jeff's position as a supplier to call his customer on Sunday and complain loudly on a review he received on Angie's list. I called him at 2pm and left a long message in his phone and asked him to call me at 5pm. Since I did not receive a phone call from Jeff, I called him at 5:15pm. He was furious at me and told me I have him a derogatory review. He seemed to remember everything we said and everything happened in last April when he came to do the outside work for us. But he did not remember the fact that he told my husband that the alligator weeds must had been there in the dirt we filled in . I knew the blaming game would start and did not pursue the matter any further. Instead, I dug up as much roots as possible last year. It is now a spring and I started to see alligator weeds again, not as bad as last year though. Also we bought 20 St Augustine sods from Jefferson Feed Company and put them ourselves. That was when I realized the last year's sods were not healthy (probably because of alligator weeds infestitation) because this new sod did not require much watering and looked SO HEALTHY AND SO FULL and thriving at this moment. Also I could not help but get very mad at Jeff's St Augustine because I have to spend 2 hours every morning, digging up the alligator weeds' roots. Alligator weeds' root grows horizontally and not vertically, so you have to locate the root and grab it hoping you can pull up PENCIL like sturdy roots. Jeff claims that this weeds came from the dirt we filled the yard. We filled up lots of dirt because the lawn slopes down from house to the street. Dirt was at least 4 inches high to 40 inches high near the street. This weed's root looks like a long pencil. If the roots were indeed in the dirt, then this horizontal long root must hover upward inside of a dirt to attach itself to St Augustine grass. How a large pencil size root can be embedded and entwined among the St Augustine grass if it suddenly appeared from the dirt and made the way to the sod ! Last year, we contacted Jeff because we get his advertisement flyer almost every month on our door. This ad said he can flat, fill the yard, create the yard etc. Everybody who had worked for our yard was Jeff's people even though they worked independently from Jeff. Yesterday Jeff told me he does not know the person who brought in the dirt ! We do not know anybody in a Dirt business now and then ! Last year my husband kidded Jeff saying Jeff had an empire as we thought he employed many people ! Those people were very good workers and I do not have any complain. My SOLE complain is invasive weed mixed St Augustine sod. Yesterday Jeff also complained to me that I gave him B for the rest of the items. He said I should have given him A if I was satisfied. I think I am fair to give him B for other non weed related items. I hope many people will see the photographs I took this morning. I hope they will understand my anger and frustration in combatting this weed. I know we have to do something to prevent this weed invasion to Metro New Orleans area. I worry about it, because IT IS HERE. Please note I intentionally used this morning's Newspaper(Baton Rouge Advocat)to display weeds to prove the date and time.

Jeff did a wonderful job!He actually had the first load of dirt delivered the afternoon before he was to start spreading so they could get an early start the next day. The dirt was spread evenly throughout the yard, and neatly (not all over the sidewalks). The day after the dirt was put in, it rained pretty hard & washed a big chunk of it into our neighbor's yard. Our yard is now much higher than the neighbor's, and the dirt had no grass to anchor it down, so this was no fault of Jeff's of course! But we called Jeff to come check out the damage & make a recommendation. He had one more load delivered & spread to even it out. He charged us a bit, but not the price of a full load. He is professional, courteous, personable, and easy to work with. His pricing was very fair. He communicated with us before the job to find out exactly what we needed, and then after the job was completed to make sure we were happy. He also hooked us up with a guy that put up our new fence (see review for A Straight Line Fencing) and he was awesome too. We'll definitely be keeping Jeff's card in our pocket for any future jobs.

They were very quick to come out and do the work. I talked to the guy one day and they were out the next day. If I need to this would be the company I would consider using in the future.

He was very good and prompt. He did it exactly on the day he said he was going to do it. He was here on time and the price was fair.
