Description of Work: I have used Bienvenu Brothers for years without issues. They have handled normal plumbing problems such as clogged toilets and drains along with replacement of pipes under the house. They were very informative on how to replace Kohler products which have a guaranteed lifespan without charge. I have always found the staff professional and knowledgable.

Description of Work: In order for our property to be demolished after hurricane Katrina, we needed to have the sewer line disconnected. I called this company simply because they were located in the same general area and thought we would be treated fairly by them.

+ -1 moreHave used them several times and would do so again. Have used for both emergency service and scheduled renovation work. A mistake was made at one call, and they were responsive and compensated for it in the billing. Not the least expensive provider, but extremely competent and worthwhile.
Description of Work: Installed shower on clawfoot tub, repaired and replaced toilets, installed new shower valve & re-placed fixtures during bathroom renovations, replaced kitchen sink.

+ -1 moreI noticed a big puddle along the side of our raised house in the backyard, that wouldn't go away. This was my first time needing a plumber and I was at a loss how to choose a company. The really big companies can send out technichians quickly, but it seems that these technicians are young guys working under the license of one person in the company who isn't on your job. The smaller companies with years of tradition and good word of mouth are unavailable in the short term. I chose Bienvenu Brothers as a mid size company with family tradition and pride of work, with the abilityand size to tackle any problem, and quickly. I called Bienvenu Brothers while at work, described the problem and they said they would be able to look at it that very day or the next. I got a call at work later that day with the news that they could send a team straight away. Great News! But, I was unable to get away from work. I asked if they could they go to my house and see if they could do the work without me having to be there? Well, they did, the problem was fixed and I wasn't bilked.
Description of Work: They fixed an underground leaking pipe (t-section) that was along the side of our raised house. They did all the digging to find the leak, they fixed and replaced the faulty section, then they re-packed the soil back to how it was before. All this was done while I was at work, so complete trust and faith was placed in the integrity of Bienvenu Brothers. My trust was rewarded with a job well done and not a minute of inconvienence to me.

+ -1 moreThis company has many workers and is extremely responsive when I need work done. I have used them for many things over the years and the workers are very competent. I have never had a problem with them.
Description of Work: I had them repair a gas leak underneath of my house. They had to repair some piping, do so replacing of it and then they re-ran my gas lines, which took them approximately 1 day to complete.
