David handled the entire process from quote to install and subsequent service. He was competent, professional and polite. Bienvenu's pricing was competitive. Dealing with David and Bienvenu could not have been easier. I am very satisfied with the service and the heater.

This company was suggested to me by a neighbor, who is a licensed plumber. I was pleased with the process to set up an appointment, they were very accomodating. The technician called to let me know he was on his way and arrived minutes before the scheduled time. He was in uniform, very professional, and made me feel very comfortable. From the moment I explained what was happening with the unit, he identified the possible cause, and he was correct. He proceeded to dismantle and thoroughly clean the unit, and reassembled it effortlessly. As he worked, he gave me a great deal of information, on the proper use and care of these units, and answered all my questions in detail. Very patient gentleman. He worked so efficiently, I was very impressed. He then tested the unit, which ran like new. He cleaned the work area and the work was done in an hour or so. I will certainly recommend and use this company for any plumbing needs in the future.

Vicky, Liz and Vint (owner) stayed on top my situation. Someone else tried to get us to pay over $3,500 in repair, naturally, I dumped them.. Bienvenu performed the same job for only $10.25. They show up in a huge van that was fully equipped with all the parts and supplies they might need. Highly recommend them.

My husband who met the plumber said he was professional and thorough. However they were not able to determine the problem. His only thought was that maybe the disconnect box could be replaced for one that doesn't have a fuse in it, as it doesn't need to have it. But that's not something Bienvenu was able to help us with. I'm frustrated that we paid nearly $200 for nothing.

Extremely well done. The field representative who diagnosed the problem and did the actual work (Dave Braun) was the epitome of friendly efficiency and competence. After the installation, Dave even called the manufacturer to begin the new warranty for us (a necessary task with a time limit that is very easily forgotten by the customer). Considering that it is never fun to replace an appliance, the experience was actually pleasant thanks to Dave and Bienvenu Bros.

Got lucky enough for same day service. This is something I procrastinated on for fear of waiting to schedule and price. I didn't have to wait all day and they unclogged my sink in less than 20 minutes. The service men were friendly and explained what they were doing and tips to prevent future problems, without pushing any products to buy like other companies usually do.

We first called original installer, but used other company because the other company was able to repair system quickly at a reasonable price.

I had an issue on a Thursday after hours so I called first thing on Friday morning. They were able to come out that afternoon and install a new water heater. They showed up on time and cleaned up any mess that was made. I was referred to them by a neighbor and I would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone in a need of a plumber.

Chris and Vint Jr. both did a very good job assessing the issues that I had with the stopped kitchen sink and tank less water heater and resolving the issues quickly! Outstanding customer service!

Came to house promptly. Chipped out the brick and mortar. Found the leak. Replaced he pipe going into the house and the pipe coming up from the ground. Put in new ball c*** shutoff valve. Put in new mortar. David did the work. Very knowledgeable. Friendly. Efficient. All told, it took about a little over 2 hours.

They were awesome. I had another a/c company come check out the system, and they quoted me $1,500 for a completely different issue. Bienvenu Bros. came out, and that wasn't even the problem - it was a leak in the condenser. The repair man did the work out in the rain, so I wouldn't be without a/c for the evening. They are the best I've found. Highly recommend.

Job took 5 hours with two (2) men working. See above for what provided did. Approximate length of pipes was about 140 linear feet for insulation. Section of water pipes had come loose from straps; re-strapped the pipes to the house and then insulated with foam insulation all the pipes on a two story town house.

The work was well done; however, I think the cost was a touch too high. I called to get an estimate done, and was told that they do not do free estimates. They have a $50 charge which is credited to the service... or so that is what I understood. A plumber showed up ready to do work, not give an estimate, so I just went ahead and said ok. I got the bill and it seemed a bit expensive (the $50 estimate charge was on the bill.. i suppose it is some kind of minimum service charge). I couldn't compare it to other estimates, because the work was done already. They did a great job. Everything was neat and clean, the plumber was nice and professional. They responded quickly and scheduled the service promptly.

The customer service representative who scheduled the appointments was professional and courteous. The technicians arrived on time. I am not sure how to grade the price, but it was within my expectations. The technicians gave us advice on supply stores to use for the new faucets and this advice worked out well. The company was responsive and professional about a correction to the final bill that had to be processed. The amount listed above does not include the purchase of a new shower hardware.
