I like that they came out the same day that I called them. They did a very good job. They were very professional. I did not like the price. They were courteous and the parts and the skills to do the job.

Cleared clogged line. Provided reference for tunneling work they do not do.

I live out of town and had my Property manager let them in to do the Whole House Plumbing Inspection Including Water Heater Maintenance for the Angie's List Big Deal . I received a verbal proposal recommended repairs which I didn't agree to. I then received a written proposal for $1700.00 to replace some galvanized pipes which I didn't need to have replaced. Several months later I had to replace the Hot Water Heater so I don't know what they did for the "Water Heater Maintenance.

The deal offered was for a set amount of money to do a drain cleaning. We had a miscommunication in the morning, when they called my wife's cell phone before coming to the appointment and when she didn't answer they cancelled our appointment though we had already confirmed the time. It was never communicated to me that if we didn't answer the phone when they called prior to the appt. they would cancel the appt. I was home waiting for them to show up and when they hadn't showed I called and they told me they had given the appt. away. After much unpleasantness on the phone we rescheduled for later in the day. The plumber did a fine job, though I asked him to leave the cover off my drain and he didn't and he left muddy footprints and dirt all over my bathroom, it wasn't that big a deal until payment time came. The plumber said I needed to pay for the cost above the deal cost and that was company policy. I looked at the deal and said quite clearly that it was a set cost but he insisted that I owed an additional amount. I had to call his supervisor and spend another significant amount of time on the phone with her clarifying until finally they cancelled the additional charge on my credit card and acknowledged that it was in fact a set price deal. I believe they were trying to scam their angie's list deal members and I wouldn't be surprised if other people got scammed. If I hadn't been able to get someone on the phone and spend time clarifying and arguing with them I would have been out an additional $60+ too. I would not recommend this company and I would definitely not use them again.

Okay, but had to come back a second time to finish a simple task.

Bienvenu fixed my shower and my heater unit. They are very professional. When I called, someone answered the phone which is great! I did not get an answering machine. I got a real person! They came out same day and made an appointment that fit with my work schedule. They were extremely courteous and professional. I highly recommend this company!! Their price was very reasonable. I am very pleased with their service.

Had a leak coming from the bathtub upstairs. They were prompt in setting the appt and showed up on time. Unfortunately, they cut through the ceiling downstairs only to find that it was just the drain stopper in the bathtub that needed to be caulked and tightened....there were no issues with the actual piping, so cutting through the ceiling turned out to be unnecessary. Not a huge deal, as it ended up helping them find the problem. The two guys working were nice. They were just extremely sloppy with their work, letting water spill all over the hardwood floors without cleaning up or preventing. Even when they tried to put a towel down, it was going all over the place. I stepped in to do it properly. They also scraped about 4 feet of paint off the wall with their ladder. When i pointed it out, he said he would make note of it in the report, but offered nothing to remedy the situation. Overall, sloppy service..and I ended up having to spend more money to get the hole in the ceiling replaced and their paint damage re-painted...all in all, the costs for fixing the damage ended up coming out of my pocket for an additional $200...so $450 total. Worst part was at the end of the appointment, the repair man goes to his truck to "write the ticket.."and comes out 25 minutes later (this is not an exaggeration by 1 minute), only after me calling for him, and charges me for that time (not cheap at over $100/hour). Overall, the guys working were pleasant. But the work was sloppy, damaged the inside of the house, and then charged me over $50 to sit in his truck when he was done working. Likely won't be using again.

At approximately 8:30 this morning I noticed water on my sidewalk. I found pooling water near where the water supply from the meter enters my house and I heard water running in the storm sewer in the street in front of my house. I called Bienvenu Brothers around 8:40. Bienvenu's dispatcher, Vicky, called me around 9:15 am to tell me the plumber was on his way. Chris arrived at my house at 9:30. He quickly found a broken pipe that was the underground source of the leak. He dug into the lawn to get to the broken pipe, removed the water from the hole, and repaired the pipe. He was finished by 10:25. I was expecting to have a substantially dug up front yard. Instead, Chris fixed the leak and left my front yard with a flat spot no larger than 3 feet by 3 feet over which I'm sure the grass will quickly grow back.

They had come out 3 weeks prior and unclogged the drain line, but plumbing was backing up again. Came out a second time and used a different cleanout and equipment and unclogged it again, and, so far, no further problems. Keith (owner) is very customer-service focused, and applied a discount because of the need for a second attempt. Service is always prompt, and Keith seems to stay on top of things very well. In addition - I have to note that Vicki (dispatcher) was much more pleasant this last time than she was before. Would definitely use them again.

vanity installation was tricky. Feet had to be cut down to allow drain pipe to fit in rear. Faucet I bought did not fit sink so they had toget another one. Installation was done very well in the end.

I submitted an email Sunday night about the toilet, Keith called me at 8 am Monday, and a plumber was at my door by 1:30 pm Monday. The plumbers themselves were very professional and knowledgeable, better than others we've used recently. Fortunately I had purchased an Angie's List Big Deal coupon about a month ago, so my cost was $170 instead of $250. My only real negative was their office person Vicki. Keith told me he thought they might have had a cancellation and would check with Vicki to see if they could come by in the morning. She hadn't called by 9:30, so I called her, and she was abrupt to the point that she was almost rude. She called me later to let me know a plumber was available, and then called me back to discuss pricing. At that last call, she was, in fact, rude to the point I was bothered by the call for the next 30 minutes. I'm sure she's quite busy, but she could definitely work on her manners some. The plumber who came and did our work said she's worked there a long time, so I doubt they'll get her to change her style, so just be prepared for that.

One word - outstanding. The technicians (two of them) knocked on my front door at the exact time the appointment was scheduled for, and immediately began the inspection. They were done in about 45 minutes, after repairing a few minor issues they found. They then proceeded to install, at our request, a whole house water filter we had previously purchased. The service was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Everything was done in about 45 minutes. From this experience, I would definitely would recommend this company which we found through Angie's List.

I called Bienvenu Brothers about a gas leak in my home. A lady who answered the phone. Her demeanor was fine at first when she was taking down my information, but after I asked her to explain a few things to me about the cost involved and the work that would be performed, she started to get extremely snippy and ugly. I'm not an idiot, and as a professional in the workplace, I was appalled at the way that she was speaking to me. I asked her how much it would cost for someone to come to our home to give me an estimate on fixing the problem (as I understand it, no one gives free estimates these days). She kept telling me that it costs $405 minimum for a gas leak. I asked if that is how much I would have to pay up-front for them to come out. She just kept repeating (very snidely and snippy) that it was $405 minimum. I wasn't asking them to fix it, I wanted a price on how much the esimate would cost. She kept telling me that it was $405 minimum for a gas leak in order for them to "pump the line" to find the leak, then "pump the line" again for the inspector after it was fixed. The "minimum" part came in because the cost was like $100 per hour for them to do the work, plus the cost of the parts. Not to mention that I asked her how they were going to "pump the line" if our gas was turned off. She couldn't give me an answer (obviously she is not educated on what she is saying, and just using terminology to try to confuse people). I later found out, from another company, that they "pump the line" with air to test for leaks. Overall, I felt like she was condescending & disrespectful. I was HORRIFIED at the way she spoke to me. I was not happy with my experience with them, and I did not use them to fix my problem. I used another company, and in addition to fixing my leak, I also had a new hot water heater installed (so they definitely lost a good bit of business from me!

I haven't gotten the bill yet but it is probably a few hundred dollars. They are reliable, speedy, productive and fast. It was great service. They are a professional plumber.

I had a leaking pipe and they said I had to have the tub removed so they could not fix it. I chose to go with another company which was a mistake. I should have stuck with them. They are an excellent company. A little expensive but they stand by their word.

This company is well respected, professional, and well-run. their employees are reliable and fairly intelligent, able to communicate and economize to save time, but their work is not inexpensive, you will pay high rates and get good service.

They haven't billed me yet but it will probably be around $100. We have always used them. They are quick and very good at what they do. Their prices are in the ballpark; they are average. They are not expensive but they are not cheap.

No part of this job could have been improved upon. Great value for the work and materials. Louis Jr is very personable, completely transparent, trustworthy, and fair. He was prompt, VERY efficient and clean, and did an impeccable job from bending gas pipe to circumduct the house to the pool heater, to installing four-stage water filtration systems in-line with the cold water intake at potable sinks. Recommend Bienvenu without reservation.

We spent about $4000 when it was all set and done. We had the tub and that included getting a new sink and a toilet. I have used them a lot. They seem to be reasonable as anybody else I have ever used. I haven’t used anybody else recently.

The price was okay. I would hire them again.

I have used Bienvenue for years and have never had any complaints. The man who came was on time, careful with my living room carpet and efficient.

They were able to come to my home within 30 minutes of my phone call. Fixed a leaky spray hose on my kitchen sink faucet, which was great since I was going out of town the next day.
