Excellent service!

I liked that I was able to get a quote over the phone for labor of replacing my water heater. I called on the Friday before Christmas, worried no one would have time to fix it before Christmas Day. The technician explained how to choose my new water heater, we purchased it, and David and TJ came to install it just 2 days after my call! I was also thankful because they saved me $200 from the quote I got from another company! Very polite and quality work. I recommend Bertucci.

Bertucci Plumbing never showed up for the appointment. I received a call 15 minutes after scheduled to time to inform me that the tech would be 30 more minutes. So, I wait for 30 minutes, still no tech. I called and spoke with Laura again. She told me the tech would give me a call. OK, I wait another 12 minutes - no call. Spoke with Laura again and she told me the tech was on his way. I asked to speak to a manager and one of the owners, T. Bertucci, came on the line. He went on to say that sometimes emergencies come up and the guys run a little late sometimes. However, he went on to tell me he specifically called me yesterday 10 times. I asked him what number did he dialed and after some hesitation and a quick pause, he gave me the first three digits of my number. He did not give me the reason he was calling. I said, "Mr. Bertucci, you said you called me ten times and I have no history of that on my phone. So, I asked. "did you leave a message" and he said, "I don't have time to go into detail". Now that is from the boss man. So I told him thanks for nothing and ended the call. I was very disappointed. He has taken unprofessionalism to another level,

The repair was done very quickly and professionally, and when finished, everything was cleaned up as though no one had been there in the first place. I would definitely hire again.

Plumbers found the source of the leak and cleared out drains. Installed new sections of drain to replace old, rusted pipe.

David and TJ were timely, friendly, fast and clean. After they attempted the easy fix, which didn't work, they moved straight to the more complicated fix that solved the problem. The final repair ensures that if I have the problem again it will be easier to address.

I had a 9:30 appointment. At about 9am David Bertucci called and said he was headed my way. I told him that I wasn't there, but wold be there at least by 9:30. I got there about 9:25 and waited around until 10am, at which time I left. He apparently thought it would be better if I had to wait on him, rather then he wait on me. He must have gone on another errand rather than come to the appointment.

Discovered a shower leak, very nervous expecting the worst. Paul came on time, was shown the problem and had an immediate solution that was way more easy than what was anticipated. He fixed problem in less than an hour. Definitely recommend these guys and will definitely be in touch with any issues that should arise. Thanks for the great work!

Bertucci Bros were great to work with. Did a really great work on the plumbing and fixture installs on a new kitchen island. They also gave me some really great tips and references for my kitchen remodel.

I called Bertucci Bros. this morning because I flushed my toilet and the water backed up in to my bathtub, water was also coming from under the toilet which almost flooded my bathroom. The response time was AMAZING...!!! A plumber was at my house in less than 3 hours. Upon looking at my plumbing problem he discovered a pipe under my house had separated. He had to dig some to repair the separated pipe and snake the main drain line to clear the clog. Total time at my home was less than 3 hours...!!! And the cost was extremely reasonable. The plumber was courteous, professional and a pleasure to do business with. I will only call Bertucci Bros. from now on. This company is 1st rate...!!!👍

Some of the best service I've experienced from a contractor. The gentlemen that answered the phone had impeccable customer service skills. The plumber arrived as scheduled. Technician was prompt and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problem as being the hose leading to the unit. These were very difficult to access, but he was able to replace it. After he left, I found that the cold water pressure now seemed very low. I called him and although he had another job, he came back very promptly and replaced that hose as well.

The Bertucci brothers Came to my house I’m one of the coldest days here in southern Louisiana. They unfroze my burst pipes and repair them. Even though they had a lot of calls that day they came back later to insulate them. I recommend them to everyone for all your plumbing needs.

Wonderful! They had the rough-in done in just a few days. As soon as my walls were up and painted, they came right back to do all the trim work. They also added sub-drainage to my house that links to the storm drain in the front! They filed all my permits for me and dealt with all the inspections. There were no issues with any of the inspections. I got multiple quotes from other plumbing companies and none of them came close to the price. I wish all other plumbing companies were this easy to work with. I absolutely recommend these guys!

This company did an amazing job! They responded quickly and understood the time crunch we were under due to us selling our home. We had 4 areas that needed work including laying new pipes, and it was done quickly and efficiently. We thought this would cost us a fortune, but they gave us such a reasonable price!
