The tech did an outstanding job. And the cost was reasonable.

Brandon was very friendly and quickly installed the new toilet/removed the old one. This is my second time using Bertucci Bros for plumbing services and I plan to continue to use them in the future.

It all went pretty smoothly. Within a reasonable time after the estimate and my deposit a team came out and dug a trench, replaced the failing section of pipe, and back filled nicely.

Joel and Brandon arrived on time (early actually), and were great! Explained what was involved with the video inspection, answered all my questions and were pleasant throughout. They were scheduled to do another video inspection at my elderly neighbors' house afterward and were super nice and patient with them, answering all their questions kindly which I also appreciated. We both may need further work (myself, another video inspection after sand-pumping and my neighbors, a repair and old-pipes replacement), and they gave suggestions we thought were fair and reasonable. I was loyal to another plumbing company for the last 9 years (but they don't do video inspections), and while I have no issues with that company at all, I will definitely call Bertucci Bros. the next time I need plumbing work! Additionally, Megan in the office was very sweet and helpful when providing pricing and scheduling info./assistance beforehand!

I'm a buying agent, so I generally with a variety of plumbing inspectors. I was out of my normal area, so I searched for an inspection service close a property my client Dawn Phillips is interested in. Once the introductions were over Joel and Brandon evaluated the layout, and promptly started the inspection. Joel was very professional. He kept the conversation going with stories and some past experiences. He drafted a layout of the sewer system and left voice commentary while the video was traveling through the pipes. He answered all my questions knowledgably and with a offered some advice when he could. After the job was over, they cleaned up and checked the cleanouts one last time before handing over the video on a usb drive. Megan the office administrator was very accommodating and quick to respond. She offered a number of payment options to make it easy for my client. I added them to my list of inspectors. When in the Laplace area, I will absolutely use them again.

The repair person arrived and inspected the plumbing issue. After confirming that there was not a leak from the nearby pipe, he proceeded to spend additional time attempting to determine from where the leak might be originating. With his help we were able to diagnosis the issue.

My lucky day, Upon receiving the call that I had busted pipes on a rental property I enlisted Bertucci Plumbing to help. I was really luck I did. The job was twice what was expected once the digging began and the leak was located. It was still freezing weather so plumbers were simply not available. Tony accepted the job and completed it under the most limiting conditions. I received five star treatment and highly recommended this company for your plumbing needs.

The water heater pilot would not stay lit. The thermocouple had recently been replaced, under warranty, Bertolucci Brother's came out quickly and were able to relight the pilot. They informed me that if it happened again, the thermocouple would need to be replaced under warranty again.

Awesome. Paul was very personable and professional. Chipped out cast iron toilet flange and replaced in less than two hours. A+++ service and will hire again.

Great. Used before. Would use again

Tony was great. Another contractor had installed the shower, and after a month, the cold water pressure suddenly dropped to a trickle. It's a Gabrylly shower, and seems well-made, but very few people have seen them before. Tony suspected that some debris had gotten into the cartridge. He suggested that I get in touch with the manufacturer, and call him back when I got a replacement cartridge. Gabrylly responded right away with the replacement, and it seemed easy enough (after watching Tony), so I replaced it myself, but it made no difference. Tony came back, and after further investigation, determined that the installer had not opened the cold water valve all the way. He refused to charge me for the second visit, even though it was in no way his fault that he didn't check the valves the first time. The cartridge seemed more consistent with a change in pressure, and the contractor had caulked the face plate to the tile, so it was not an easy matter to check the valves. My only regret is that I didn't hire him for the remodel in the first place.

It went very smoothly, the person who arrived was very professional, and efficient. To save money and time he repaired my faucet and it seems to be working spectacularly.

Two mornings ago we discovered an exterior water leak that appeared to be coming from under our slab. Bertucci Bros agreed to come and assess our problem. They arrived in less than 90 minutes and after some digging discovered a small leak from a pipe 3 feet into/under the house slab. We turned the main water supply to the house off but were assured that we could turn it on from time to time to flush toilets and shower (without further damage to house or slab), until they could come back out the next morning to fix the leak. Well, of course it rained torrentially the next day, so they couldn't come and work until the following morning. They arrived at 8 am sharp and began digging to give room to access the leaking pipe. They then cut out and replaced the broken part of the pipe, and refilled the large hole. Their timeliness with the repair was much appreciated. The estimate was $1,100 and that was the final cost. They were neat, efficient and fairly priced. We will use them again and recommend their services.

I got a quote from the owner. A few months later I scheduled a Tuesday tub install with the owner again with the owner. I called him over the weekend to talk about alterations to the quote if I did some of the work myself. He seemed very rude, but I chalked it up to me calling him on the weekend and didn't pay it any mind. After staying up through the night Monday to rip out my old tub bc I work and take care of a toddler during the day simultaneously, I called him in the morning Tuesday to see what time he was planning to arrive. He then told me he wasn't going to be able to do the work and would have to come do another quote. After 5 minutes of arguing I realized that this man had no professional integrity whatsoever and felt completely comfortable leaving a working family with a toddler without a bathtub in their house for no apparent reason. I highly suggest against using this company.

Water heater went out Saturday am. Called Bertucci Bros and they came out same day. Our knowledge tech attempted to resolve it issue but rightfully determined we needed a new one. Installed and hot water flowing in one day. Thank you.
