 + -1 moreCalled yesterday and they showed up promptly at 11a.m. They checked the back door lock and immediately found the problem in less than 30 minutes. Michael came with his son and both were very pleasant and professional. They knew their stuff. Will definitely call again if needed.

 + -1 moreHe came and checked old lock, said could make temporary repair on replace. I decided to replace, he was able to locate replacement lock in house. He went and got it and replaced, I have time constants and he was able to get everything done in time for me to leave.

 + -1 moreI called Ace and since they were finishing a job nearby, they were able to come within 30 minutes of my phone call. It took about 15 minutes for them to remove the doorknob, fix it, and replace it.

 + -1 moreHe was very professional and very friendly. Did a great job of fixing my lock. They gave me a 3 hour interval for the appointment. The office lady called to inform me when he was on the way to my house to look at the lock. It was a pleasure to deal with this company. It is great to finally have a working lock again .
Description of Work: The front door lock was stiff and difficult to unlock. The locksmith removed the lock and replaced the tumbler. It works perfectly now.
