GREAT! We were trying to get keys recut for our KwikSet deadbolt and kept bringing home keys that wouldn't work! Called and Michael talked to me on the phone about what the issue could be and even offered to come out the same day. His brother came out the next day and was awesome - explained how the lock had worn out, why the Kwikset locks do that, and even showed me the difference between the strong new lock and the old busted one. Even had a rubbed bronze lock that matched my current hardware. Was in and out super quick, professional and cut me 6 extra keys for the new lock, and rekeyed another lock to those new keys.

They came out to my house to fix a French door broken latch. He yanked on the door to try to fix it, and instead it put a 3? hole in the door where the latch & astragal had been. It was a brand new door. I called the company and they said it wasn?t their problem since they didn?t charge me for their visit. Now I?ve got to hire a trim carpenter, a painter, and buy a new astragal. They said too bad.

The people at Ace Locksmith were a pleasure to work with. The locksmith was punctual and professional. I just purchased a home that had six doors leading into the house, each one with a different lock and key. He was able to re-key all the locks so that now one key opens everything. Their price was very reasonable for the work done and I would not hesitate to hire them again in the future.

Michael and Clayton were very responsive and highly professional from first contact to the service call the following day. They are now my go-to locksmiths because they're skilled, knowledgable and fairly price for the quality of their work.

Although the door was locked, someone could push the door open. It is an old wood door. The repairman put in two new plates and now, the door lock holds. Thank you for the discount for finding the company on Angie's List.

He responded to my phone voice mail message in about 20 minutes. He showed up at my house in about 45 minutes. He fixed the problem quickly and did a few extra steps to ensure I don't have the problem again or at least I won't have it for a long time. He had to replace a portion of the inner lock. It now works perfectly. I have used Ace Lock before and have been completely satisfied every time. I will always use them for my locksmith issues.

We have been using Ace for a long time. They really know their trade. They always come when you need them. They're very nice, do great work and always clean up.

He came out exactly when scheduled, called ahead to make sure we were ready, and maintained professionalism the whole time he was here. He was thorough, quick, and fixed us right up! He even took a few minutes to scratch the cat behind the ears :) Highly recommend these guys!

i called in the morning he came out the same day ,was very professional and polite,work was done very nice and accurate.i just moved in and needed to fix the front door and have all doors re-keyed. does it as if its his own house!perfect!

I phoned Ace Lock, Inc. around 3:00 pm to replace a broken 45-year-old mortise lockset on our front entry wrought iron gate. I explained that it really needed to be fixed that day because our disabled teenage son would find a way to escape and the gate would have to be watched continually until it was fixed. Ace moved their entire schedule around and were at my door within 20 minutes. Their locksmith actually had a mortise lockset on his truck (something the other two companies I called did not have.) He was extremely professional and got to work immediately. Thirty minutes later, our broken entry gate mortise lockset had been removed and replaced with a shiny new lockset and was working perfectly. While the price may seem high to some, quality mortise locksets are very expensive, but they typically last around 40 years. I already had two prior estimates that day that were higher than what Ace charged and they would have to order the lockset, so would not have been able to install it for nearly a week. I could not have been more pleased with the way I was treated by the people at Ace. They were prompt, professional and their pricing was extremely fair. They went above and beyond without charging extra for coming out immediately. I will definitely use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to my family/friends.

I just like the fact that they were very professional, they were very prompt, they went above and beyond and they stayed late to complete the job. I felt like their pricing was good. They were even helpful finding us a reputable place to have our car repaired.

There were three locks on my front door, only one of which worked and that one not too well. He removed one lock that couldn't be repaired, made the sticky lock work properly, and fixed the third lock. He also repaired another lock in the house that didn't work. He clearly explained what he was doing and cleaned up after himself.

They do an excellent job. I like that they are passionate about their work. It is a family business. He was concerned about the doors not closing properly and the locks weren't aligning properly, so he fixed that. Scheduling was easy and they showed up on time. One person did the work and was finished in a couple hours.

Everything was fine. We had no complaints. They were quick and everything went smoothly. I had no issues scheduling the appointment and they showed up one time.
