Their service was very good. The guy was very knowledgeable. He did what we hired him to do. We have an old house and he pointed out some plates around the lock and the opening mechanism. He really knew his stuff and was very informative.

Locksmith was very pleasant, thorough and helpful. All the locks are working very well, now.

Excellent professional service; was willing to do only what I asked, but after we talked I realized that I really needed a more secure front door lock, so he installed a deadbolt and took away the bolt-on clip-lock that had been there, and also set up the front gate with an improved locking system. The only grumble I might have is that I think he could have waived the standard $75 call-fee, since it was a scheduled visit to a house, and not an emergency situation in which the provider takes the risk that the customer won't use his services by the time he gets there.

Work was done well, all locks function very well now. Had all materials with him and had no surprises. Price was higher than I thought, but mostly for labor. And I'm more confident that a professional did it then if I had done it.

excellent service, very courteous and punctual, our keys were no longer working in our locks, the repairman repaired all locks by rebuilding cylinders, he also repositioned the strike plates so door would fit flush, make lots of keys and made sure each one worked,

I had lost my front door key and did not have an extra. Even if I did have an extra, I didn't know where I lost my original,so I would've had to replace the lock regardless. They were very accommodating, and very professional. I called on a Sunday night and they were there, first thing Mon morning.

I was very pleased with the service. Clayton was on-time, professional and knowledgeable. All of my locks work perfectly. Clayton added the new deadbolt to a old door that is original to my home and was a little tricky, but he did a great job and the door looks great. I did not shop around for prices on this job, and I have no idea whether this provider is more or less expensive than other providers, but I feel like they perform quality work for the price.

Clayton came quickly, was courteous and solved our problems. I would use him again.

I called Ace and left a message. They responded within hours and set up an appointment. I provided the combination locks myself (I got them at Lowe's and they account for $220 of my overall price). Clayton, with Ace, came at the specified appointment time, was very responsive to my questions and concerns, suggested I use Quickset instead of the more expensive Schlage locks. He also suggested I change one of the exterior doorknobs and supplied a solid brass one that cost, I think, about $50. It took about three hours to finish the work, and I was very pleased with the results.

Were able to come out within a few days of my first call. Very knowledgeable and professional. Did a great job in a short amount of time. Would definitely recommend.

I had a lock break, they showed up and got it done. there is a charge for service AND and hourly rate with a one hour minimum. They were great but it was a little pricey for the amount of work

They fixed my front and back door locks as they would not let the keys open them anymore. Both work perfectly now. Will only use them in the future for locksmithing. Fantastic experience.

The gentleman who came was on time and very nice. He did a great job and was even able to fix the locks so that they all used the same key. Since these were very old locks, they were on the doors with a weird assortment of screws so I am sure it was no easy task to take them off and put them back on. I would definitely use this company again.

Called in the morning, saying that it wasn't a rush. They told me they were out and would call me sometime when they freed up from a job. Got the call later that morning, and they were going to be there in about 10 minutes. Showed up on time and were very professional. I had different keys for for sets of doors, and they were able to get them all on the same key. He actually saved me about $150 becasue he was able to change the cylinder in one door that was a different brand and not replace the entire lock. Was able to rekey and give me keys in about 30 minutes. Very professional, very efficient and would definitely recommend to others. The coupon ended up saving me about $40. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a locksmith.

He had to get a little creative because it was really old. He came right out and did it, it was very quick and reasonable. I'm pretty sure I got them from Angie's List.

Michael and his son were prompt, courteous and professional. They repaired a door lock and handle. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again.

Not only did their employee Clayton fix the lock but he had a couple of innovative ideas as to how to fix the way the gate was attached and how a couple of other of the latching devices worked. It's a 100 year old gate and has never worked this well, not even before Katrina! He address the whole problem and didn't just look to the easy and immediate solution of just installing a new lock. Highly recommend Ace and ask for Clayton. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, timely service and prompt.

My daughter flew back to New Orleans from Indianapolis after Thanksgiving break to find she had left house, car and school keys behind. Called Ace on a Sunday morning after not getting luck anywhere else to help her with the car. The person who dealt with cars was not available until later that day but they took my details and said he would call back. They were sympathetic and we did get a call as promised to set up an appointment. We did not use them in the end but only because another colleague who happened to live near by was actually flying back later in the day to NOLA and able to transport them. I appreciated their willingness to help when others couldn't and would definitely call again, if needed...( hopefully not!!!!....).
