I contacted Julie, the owner of Magnolia Roofing, just before Christmas Day 2012 to see if I could obtain an estimate for the replacement of my roof shingles. Julie provided me with the estimate within the time frame she said that she would. She made herself available to review the estimate with me on Christmas Eve, in the afternoon! She started with the work in mid-January, again, within the time frame that she had committed to. Julie suggested a shingle color that worked perfectly with the house and she directed me to a website where I could preview the color before she bought the shingles. She kept in contact with me (I am an out of the area landlord of the home that was being roofed) the entire length of the project and met with me on the day I arrived in town to see the work in progress. I can't say enough about Julie's professionalism, her positive attitude, and her work ethic. The price itself is what I expected based on other quotes for the same work that I had requested and received.

I spoke to Julie, she provided a firm estimate promptly, provided the workman's comp insurance and scheduled the repair. She also answered the phone each time I called, NO TELEPHONE TAG HERE!!! The service person was on time, was fully prepared with all necessary equipment, got directly to work, fully explained what he was doing and why and actually swept debris from the valleys to insure nothing was missed! It was very refreshing to work with a professional company, especially when most top notch firms do not want to bother with a small job.

Julie responded within an hour of my call and we scheduled an appointment. She was very prompt and immediately started the estimate. I received a written quote while she was here but wanted to change some things and got a revised quote within 12 hours. After we signed a contract with her it was only a matter of a few weeks before her roofing crew could do our house. They were extremely polite and professional and Julie was here several times checking the work. Since it was Halloween and they would not be finished until the next day, they cleaned up completely, even running the magnet several times to check for nails to ensure the kids safety. I am very pleased and satisfied with their work and would certainly hire them again.

The technician flawlessly completed the promised work on time and at exactly the estimated cost. It was a very positive experience and I will call this company again for any further roofing repairs (or a new roof in 15 years) I may require in the future.

Magnolia Roofing was totally professional, very thorough, and, also, receptive to discussion. I thought they were terrific. They are a small family owned group and a bunch of hard working folks. I highly recommend them.

They were very nice at the home show and I would have given them a chance if I hadn’t gotten such a good deal from someone else. They were a bit pushy which made me uncomfortable so I had to leave.

The price was good. They were timely, very nice professional people.

Very poor. Called them this year (2010) back to look at the roof again but they were utterly clueless. They had no idea what to do and could not even make a recommendation. I believe I know more about roofing than these people.

They said they wouldn't recommend patching up the roof rather than replacing it. We just wanted the roof repaired, so we chose not to use them. They never really showed up to see if a partial repair was possible. They were really nice and knowledgeable, though.

Everything was great. They were reasonably priced-it was actually less work than I had expected, and I ended up spending less than I had anticipated as well. They seemed to be very honest, and I was very happy with their work.
