I did not use Magnolia as I their quote was rather high, and it was the highest quote out of 5 other roofers in the area.

The first visit with David went well. I wanted a certain look. I sent a picture of the style roof I wanted on July 20, but never heard back from him. I don’t know if his company is capable of installing a metal roof. I was hoping to get pictures from him on styles of roofs I may like.

Called Magnolia and they were out the next day to inspect. The price to repair was fair and they completed the work quickly and on time. I will recommend them to anyone that needs roofing work on the northshore.

We got three prices on the repair, roof replacement. Their price was in line with other quotes and we just felt more comfortable going with them after the initial contact. They were extremely professional and very clean throughout the two days it took to complete the project. We decided on roof replacement rather just repair the leaks as there were many issues with the old roof in this area. Their estimate was detailed and outlined what additional costs would be, if needed. We would highly recommend their services.

Fantastic! Communication was great. Once we called, they responded and came out to access the job. The estimate was in line with 3 other estimates we had. They set up a day to arrive and estimated it would take 2 days to complete the job. Everything was completely explained and our expectations were exceeded! They were able to able to complete the job in 1 day and everything was completed as described and their workers were very professional. Their follow up and walk around to ensure the the job was complete was amazing!

I called early in the morning when they opened. They had a service tech available and he was at the house in about 90 mins. He reviewed the damage, placed a temporary patch and provided me with a quote to finish the repair. The quote was acceptable and he needed to find the matching singles. He came back the next morning with the shingles and made the repair. I was very pleased with the repair and getting it done quickly.

It went very well. Very pleasant experience for a difficult event. My friends said the roofers should have used hammers instead of nail guns to nail the new shingles, however I am sure everything will be okay. The people at Magnolia were very punctual and quick to give an estimate for the new roof. They beat two other (word of mouth recommended ) roofing companies by a week to give my estimate. All was a good job.

I am Active Duty military and stationed overseas. They were completely understanding with me not being able to be there for the estimate or while the work was being completed. The work was completed on time and they were actually able to upgrade the type of shingle that I initially chose for the same price. Great work, very affordable and great customer service. I would def hire again.

After an initial inspection by Magnolia's service roofer. ( Who is extremely knowledgable ) We did an extensive internet research on shingles and installers. We settled on Magnolia and Atlas shingles because of the Atlas warranty and the ability and willingness to provide all shingles from one lot run. One of Magnolia's competitors wanted us to sign contracts before an insurance evaluation could be made and these contracts made them the insurance contact and the general contractor for the work. After talking with Magnolia's sales rep, we decided to contact our insurance company directly. Even though our roof was 20 years old, insurance provided the difference between our deductible and the cost of a new roof. Magnolia did NOT try to up sell us on things that we did not need. One of my neighbors dealt with the "other guy" and paid 50% more for a similar product. Work was done in less than 2 days. Worksite was cleaned after the first day. New chimney cap was installed. I asked for a change in the chimney cap which was done at no charge.

I contacted Magnolia Roofing for a roofing estimates. They responded to my request quickly and quoted for Atlas Shingles with 130 MPH rate and 15 year manufacturer's warranty. The technician was very professional and the price was very reasonable.

Last Saturday a line of thunderstorms came through with very heavy rain. Soon we heard a dripping in a downstairs bathroom, and found a water stain around a light fixture. I sent an email to Magnolia Roofing, and was surprised to get a reply within a short time. An appointment was set for Monday morning. The workman showed up EARLY! and assessed the problem. He cleaned a small gutter, and said that might solve the problem. He also assessed the status of the roof, and wrote up an estimate for the next sstep to address the problem, if the cleaning didn't fix it. Later that day we had another line of thunderstorms, and the next day, and voila, no more leaks. The charge for the service? Nothing! Amazing!

Everything went really well. I have used them a few times, and they always do good work for me. I would recommend them to anyone. They are reasonably priced and stand behind their work.

Everything went PERFECT! I would totally recommend Magnolia Roofing for any of my roofing needs in the future. before they could actually do everything that needed to get done, they came out right away and place a patch so incase it rained, the water wouldn't get into the attic or house. Our house got struck by lighting, which started a fire in the attic. Because of the fire, a lot of work was needed to fix everything that was damaged and must say. everything looks like nothing never happened! they also cleaned up after themselves! GREAT GREAT GREAT COMPANY

I manage a condo complex of 112 units. We had a leak in the roof of one of our buildings that we had been trying to get resolved for years. We had gone through 5 different roofers/contractors since 2009 and nothing... needless to say the money we had wasted and the inconvenience to the residents who lived there. I called Magnolia Roofing and the next day someone was able to come out. It was fixed the following day and low and behold Dave had it figured out on the 1st visit and now NO MORE LEAKS!!! I will AND already have used Magnolia for other roof leaks that past contractors could not figure out and same thing.... Dave figured it out for us! In addition they are extremely prompt and professional. Also, they explain things on a level that I can understand which is very important to me being the property manager and a woman. So grateful to have found them!!!!
