Description of Work: I had a persistently leaking chimney flashing. Magnolia suggested complete re flashing of chimney and rebuilding cricket. They also capped shoulders of chimney and repaired several spots of wood rot on decking and soffit. Arrived on time; two men on job worked very hard for almost two full days. Clean- up was excellent. Magnolias estimate for work seemed higher than other estimate, but when studying the proposals in detail,I realized Magnolia was proposing significantly more work necessary to repair the leak. As a final measure, after several days of heavy rain --- no leaks. Would definitely use this company again.

Description of Work: Reinstall leaky air vent with leak barrier. Had to replace a few shingles around the vent, but installer was able to use extra shingles I had to keep material cost down. | |I was very happy with their quick response as they came out quickly to give an estimate. |

Description of Work: Magnolia Roofing repaired the damage to our roof caused by a pine tree that fell during a storm. They responded promptly to our request for an estimate and showed up on time when we scheduled the repair. We were very pleased with the work done to replace the broken hip rafter, decking, and shingles and can't even tell where our nine-year old roof was repaired. The new shingles match the old ones perfectly. We would definitely call Magnolia Roofing for any future repairs and when it's time to replace our roof.

Description of Work: hey replaced all my lead coveres vent pipes with rubberized covers (caps). squirrils were eating at the lead coverings. they love lead but they die from lead poisoning. they were fastefficient and did the work proffesionally.

Description of Work: My metal roof has been leaking for over 2 yrs. i have had 3 roofers repair the roof costing over $1800 in 3 yrs. i called Magnolia they fixed the roof and it hasent leaked since. we had some real bad weather last week and heavy rain and wind...NOT A DROP WAS FOUND..i ;am very happy. they even called me to see if i found any more leaks, i'm a single lady and on a fixed income so every penny counts.
