Description of Work: I called them and they said they DO NOT REPAIR WASHER and DRYER but they do repair kitchen large appliances. No "clothes" appliance repair he told me. Nice guy. Referred me to Reed Appliance Repair (a friend of his). He hasn't called back but Best did try to steer me in the direction of help for which I am greatly appreciative.

Description of Work: He checked my washer out by checking the spin mode, checked my drum's springs and couldn't find anything sufficient to be able to charge me. |He gave me good advice not to mention he came over the day I called. I wanted to pay the service charge but he said no because he didn't do anything. How many businesses' do that now a day. 0 that's how many. He was honest and very professional. I will tell my entire subdivision about Best Service because their name suits them perfectly......

Description of Work: Johnny told me exactly what happened and showed me evidence. He tried to repair but mother board was fried. He Replaced the mother board on dishwasher. It Shorted out due to faulty installation. Left part and write up so I could pursue reimbursement from installer.
