John was so professional as well as prompt and knowledgeable about the oven repair. His estimate that he gave me on the phone was on point and actually cost me a bit less than I thought it would. He gave us some good tips on oven usage and also gave us some recommendations for people who repair things that he does not repair. I will call Best service again when I need him and I highly recommend him.

The lower heating element on my 2004 Frigidaire electric oven stopped working. Before calling Best Services Inc. I bought a new lower heating element from appliacepartspros.com and replaced it myself. It still didn't work. I searched out a local provider who happened to be offering a 10% discount through Angie's List. John came over as arranged on 6-6-14 and inspected the job. He determined that the electric clock/oven control panel was bad, made several calls, and found that the manufacturer did not make that part any more. Go figure - on a 10 year old appliance. John told me of Concentric Solutions Inc., a place that fixed obsolete components like my clock/oven control panel. I FedExed the panel piece to them on 6-6-14, they returned it fixed on 6-13-14 , and John came back on 6-17-14 to install it. The component repair through Concentric cost me $120. John's proposed solution saved me the cost of a new oven which would have been on the order of $1K. For John's in home assistance and Concentric's repairs the total job cost me about $285. Value A+.

When I first contacted him, he diagnosed the problem over the phone. He suggested that I get the part before having him come over. That would save money. On the day I received the part, I called him. He turned his car around and was here within an hour. I would not hesitate to call him again.

John was fantastic! 3 hours after I called with my problem he had diagnosed a bad coil, bought the replacement and fixed the oven. He tested the repair, making sure the oven and broiler units were working properly before he left. He also explained some operational details about the oven we did not know. The price was reasonable and the service phenomenal. We will definitely use Best Service again and recommend him highly.

He replaced the panel the first time and checked the connections on the panel the second time. That fix lasted a month or two. Unfortunately, he couldn't tell me what else could be the problem. Maybe it's just a bad microwave--a Samsung over the range microwave manufactured in 2010. I'll never buy another Samsung.

Could not have been any better, excellent response, knew exactly how to replace old motor, which btw we had to find on ebay, as way out of production. Returned when motor here and replaced promptly. Can't say enough good, would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. Pricing is fair.

I called him and was given another firm name to call. This was out of his area and he only worked on kitchens.

Excellent job with diagnosis and installation. He did not cart off the old microwave which would have been nice. He did us good recommendations on shopping for the replace microwave oven.

John was great, very friendly and professional. I dealt with only him. I thought the $95 min service fee (which covers 1st hour of labor) was a bit high but he was at least upfront about cost and the only other charge was the price of the part needed. The job was completed the day after I made the initial call to him. I would highly recommend his services!

The repairman was able to replace 2 cables attached to springs on the oven door which keep the door from dropping when opened.This would have been a simple job normally, but due to the location of the built-in oven flush against a side wall, it was difficult to pull the oven out from the cabinet and turn it enough to reach behind the oven and retrieve the spring resting loose on the cabinet base due to a snaped cable. The repairman opened a door in the side wall so he could pull the oven mostly out from the cabinet, balance the heavy oven on the edge of the cabinet base and turn it away from the wall enough to allow me to reach behind and retrieve the spring. He replaced the unbroken cable also at my request so we won't have to do this difficult job again in the near future. I also asked the repairman to replace a broken plastic knob to a guage on the oven front. He didn't have any replacement knobs and doubts they are still available since that oven is no longer made. As a matter of fact he used his last two cables on my oven door and was informed by his supplier that the cables are no longer available. The repairman had a great idea of replacing the broken knob with the unbroken knob for a guage which we nerver use. He was also able to put the broken knob on the stem for the unused guage so that it looks fine. I was very pleased with the way this job was performed. I rated it excellent in all categories except price which I rated as "Good". That may not be fair since my wife usually handles these matters and I don't know what things cost. For what it's worth, we have used Best Service Inc. for kitchen appliance repairs for many years and have always been pleased.

Everything is working fine. John was the perfect repair man. On time, professional and couturiers.

Mr. Culotta was on time, friendly, professional and completed the work at a very reasonable price. I would deffinately call Mr. Culotta again in the future.

Called them, they came, put microwave in and he also fixed the old microwave that I was replacing for no extra charge.

He is reliable and I have been very happy with him.

He was able to fit me in the next day, arrived only 1.5 h late, fixed the problem quickly, was pleasant and informative, and did not leave a mess. He had told me up from there was a $90 minimum for labor, which I was dismayed at but what do I know.
