Description of Work: I don't know why they show a "B" grade with you, they were by far the best most professional people we have worked with. A rather large roof replaced in just 2 days and done expertly. All the people involved were very nice and considerate. Perfect cleanup. A real pleasure to deal with! I would go with them again.

Description of Work: Replaced roof, gutters and downspouts on house and workshop. They replaced existing lead pipes with matching plastic ones and added ridge vents. |This company uses high pressure sales strategies on their initial visit to give an estimate. I was looking for an overall comprehensive plan, so this worked for me. My sales rep gave me excellent design guidance and lots of time. He went into my attic and addressed unexpressed concerns. However, the sales rep promised unrelated services that the work crew bosses refused to honor when they were on site such as connecting hot water heater vents and cutting down an overgrown bush close to the house. One of them made financial compensation, but not the other. Be sure every detail is in writing. Because the gutters were installed in the wrong color and had to be changed out. Withhold final payment of the balance until all is completed to your satisfaction would be my recommendation because the downspouts were not installed properly and those guys needed to be called back out.

Description of Work: We hired this company to perform a small repair to our roof. We were told we would receive notification PRIOR to the job starting. We did not receive any notification. We were also told pictures of the work would be sent to confirm wether or not there was rotten wood. No pictures were sent. What we did receive was an invoice for approximately $2,000. When I reviewed the roof I suspected that no new shingles were put on the roof even though we were billed for them. The only work that I could see completed was the flashing was nailed back down (the invoice specifically listed "screw down flashing", but I'll get to that later). I contacted the company about my concern and they sent an associate to review the work. My suspicions were confirmed that no new shingles were replaced (yeah, they billed me for work that wasn't even started). People were sent to my residence two more times until the work was finally complete. I was completely, shocked when the salesman I had to deal with complained to me that this job had been open for almost 2 months! I replied referencing the invoice they sent me. It clearly stated that the flashing would be screwed down, our flashing was nailed and already showed signs of bending up. Once the work was done no invoice was mailed. Instead they delivered it by hand and would not leave until I wrote them a check. This work was completed / paid October 24th 2013. The section of the repair that had the worst leak just started leaking again in June of 2014. This was a horrible experience. Oh, and if you want spare shingles to do minor repairs and have color to match, you must notify them. I was informed that it was common practice to haul away all leftover materials unless requested, but this request will not be solicited. You have to know to ask for them ahead of time. News to me. Dealing with this company was definitely a hard lesson learned. If you do hire them for a repair job please review your invoice thoroughly. If you have the slightest suspicion that everything listed wasn't completed you need to call them out on it. They will do anything they can to cut corners and get rid of you. I suspect this lack of professionalism is directly proportionate to the size of the job. They might be good for an entire roof replace, but a small repair job will not be a good experience.

Description of Work: Did not appreciate the high pressure sales pitch. I.e. Buy now or the price goes up. Would at least have liked the opportunity to look at a completed job before deciding to buy. Was not given that opportunity without having to pay a higher price. Good quality windows.
