I paid the $39 show up price then never heard from them again. I called for an explanation and no one returned my call.

I had one plumbing company tell me about three years ago that they had to replace our hot water heater, and it was going to be $1000 because of the way it was placed. Ace Plumbing came in and said that all they had to do was change a little part, so it went from $1000 to about $75.

In trying to clear a blockage in the line of the toiled the auger we were using got stuck. Ace Plumbing sent out a plumber the morning we called even though our situation was not an emergency. The plumber was very professional and explained everything that needed to be done. The toilet had to be replaced and within an hour we had a new, no-flow toiled installed and working. If you are in the Lafayette, La and need a plumber look no farther than Ace Plumbing.

They are very good; they put booties on to come in the house. They have come out a couple of times to fix a few things. The company is very good and I don't have any problems with them. Usually when we call them it is on an emergency-type basis. The last time they came out on a Sunday and they are not cheap. I will use them again in the future.

The work was done professionally and completelly. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

The work was definitely acceptable - done in a timely and professional manner. The cost was outrageous. Because it was Saturday they said we would be charged time and a half plus a dispatch fee of $58.50. Problem is they don't charge by the hour but by the job! A simple job of changing the inards of a toilet cost $133 x 1-1/2 = $199.50. This totals to $258.50.

We had a plumbing problem of epic proportions. The pipes at my parent's house were the original ones put in 60 years ago. We got a leak in the front pipe that interfered with the sewage system. A nasty mess! Part of the yard had to be dug up to get to the pipes and the plumber had to rent a land mover to dig up the yard. The situation was resolved.The repair was expensive but the plumbers were efficient, professional, and did excellent work. We would definitely use them again.

Arrived quickly and worked about 40 minutes. Do realize it was a weekend call, but thought the price was a bit steep. Think "dispatch fee" is rip off, charging $58 for calling the man on call? Work was done satisfactorily, but will shop around for better price next time.

We used them on basis of a recommendation on Angies List. They were extremely courteous and professional. They did charge a lot and if I ever need to get some plumbing work in the future, I will go to them, as it was not a negative experience.

They are excellent. I wouldn’t use anybody else. They came the very day we called them in a very short time; they always do that. I would use them in the future.

My experience was excellent. I called at about 9:00 a.m. and the job was completed before 11:30 a.m. I wasn't expecting such a quick response. The plumber determined that the drain was clogged with hair when he removed the drain assembly. So he had to clean out the drain in addition to changing the drain assembly. It was unexpected, but the tub had always drained slowly. I have lived in this house for 8 years, now I know why the drain was so slow. The plumber, Houston, was courteous, professional and really personable. So the price was a little more than I expected, but I am so pleased with the results. My tub has never drained so quickly, and I can open and close the tub drain. I will definitely use Ace Plumbing for my plumbing needs. I also got $10 off using the Angie's List coupon.

They are very good and very reliable. Their price was a lot lesser than the other people that I had called. They got back to me right away when I called them. They were very professional. They explained everything that they had to do. The men put on little booties before they came in to my house. They just did their work.

I used them probably about three years ago. They were very thorough and very good. I would refer them to anyone.

Overall experience was rated as a solid "B". They did good work and were on time and the work was quoted accurately.

Normal approach of power snake directly in the drain didn't work- located the correct vent in the attic, installed an access tee and completed the job satisfactorily. Couldn't ask for more.

They tried, but they were unsuccessful; but they referred me to specialized service provider. See above.

Noticed water in yard and called Ace about noon on Wednesday. Technician came out at about 5:00pm Wed and found problem and initiated temporary fix. Returned at 7:00am Thursday with materials to replace and rebury line. Thanks for the prompt service.

I phoned the company about 1:30pm this afternoon for a leaky kitchen faucet. It was a very minor issue, so I expected them to set up an appointment for the next day or so. The technician was at my house in less than 45 minutes and was done with everything at about 2:45pm. From initial phone call to completed repair in an hour and fifteen minutes, that's WAY faster than I ever expected. The technician was courteous and professional. The price was reasonable. I could not have hoped for a more pleasant, plumbing experience.

I have dealt with them only once. They were very professional and did a fantastic job. They had come in a big truck and were well prepared for the job. They were reasonable and had even worked after hours. I have called them to do some more work in my bathroom.

I STARTED SMELLING GAS AT 11.00PM THE GAS COMPANY CAME OUT AND TOOK MY METER I CALLED ACE AT 9:00AM THEY WERE AT MY HOME AT 11:00AM AND HAD ALL THE EQUIPMENT NEEDED TO GET MY GAS BACK ON MY HOT WATER HEATER STOVE AND DRYER ARE ALL GAS SO YOU CAN SEE WHY I NEEDED IT QUICKLY I HAVE RECOMMENDED ACE TO ALL OF MY FAMILY AND FRIEND THESE PEOPLE ARE AWESOME

Excellent. The rice was good and the quality of work was great. They were also punctual.

He came in and was very kind and professional. He asked questions about the problem and went straight to work on them and explained how I could avoid the problem. He than checked over the rest of the house and pointed out a few things that I could repair in the frture when finances come in . He let me know what needed attention first and what could wait. I enjoyed the info because I did not know those things

Problem turned out to be low Gas pressure. Ace responded to request promptly (within 2 hrs) to remedy the problem.

All work was prompt, on time, and the workers were clean. Their work was very clean as well. They were very polite, nice men.

From the first phone call to the last to the email that I received - I was very pleased with the service that I received. Everyone was very polite, very helpful and very professional. The response time was very good - the work was done quickly - and the technician was very helpful in answering my questions. As soon as he left - I received a call to make sure I was satisfied with the work and the technician. In this day and age when most companies no longer care about customer service - this company seems to be proving everyone wrong - that is still exists and they are great examples of it.
