Description of Work: Mack came to evaluate our wood rot on our home. Said he'd be back to remediate the problems. Never came back..... Made several attempts to connect and schedule. Eventually found out that he had called all his Angie's List customers to cancel work to be done!

Description of Work: I described the job in my order - installing crown molding and a railing on the stairway to the basement - two jobs that were explicitly mentioned in the deal I bought. We exchanged several emails to schedule Mack's visit to view the job and provide a final estimate. Time of visit was constantly changing or in doubt. Finally got an email saying he wasn't scheduling any new jobs "due to a death in the family."

Description of Work: Purchased $199 for 4 Hours of Wood Rot Restoration and Repair

Description of Work: They replaced many rotted windowsills, and also replaced some door frames inside, our back door and stoop, and did some major repair work on our portico. Mack and every single worker was professional, hardworking, courteous and they cleaned up after themselves. Their work was impeccable, and we would definitely call them again for any future work.

Description of Work: I had some wood rot needing attention on the back door to my garage. These guys came, replaced the door and fixed the area around plus installed weather stripping to protect in the future. They arrived on time and finished the job quickly. I would certainly use them again.

Description of Work: Paint and stain 2 decks , repair wood rot & damage and reseal window trims and paint windows. Mack was involved in a hands on manner and has a small team working with him. He was flexible, responsive and courteous to work with. We will work with him again.

Description of Work: replaced some rotted wood in front of garage, replaced rotted wood and reinstalled gutter side of garage, replaced rotted wood near roof on porch. |I don't think purchasing the coupons from Angie's List before getting an estimate is a good idea. Although I tried to figure out where that credit was applied it was never clearly defined. I had gotten a previous estimate from another contractor which was much less so I was surprised with the estimate I first got from Mack but I needed the work done and he at least showed up which the other guy never did. The workmen were very nice and helpful. I'd recommend his company.
