I must say Ira and Corey at Sunlight Contractors have done it again. My house was feeling so wonderful after the guys Insulated it and soon after my Entergy bill dropped by $100. I must say the work was great and I have a comfortable house. I did notice there was a slight draft coming from the lower back wall were the floor met the wall. Air was getting into our room, so I called Ira that same day and he was on top of it immediately. He set up a service call that day, but I had to cancel it because of a Doctor's appointment. Ira was able to change my appointment time at the last minute and reschedule it for me. Corey arrived and was very friendly, efficient and most important to me, professional. After he was done, he made sure to double check everything. He told me if I had any additional issues to call Ira and they would rush back out to address it. I always have my way, so thanks for the hard work guys and good job.

The person who came out was extremely knowledgeable. I can't imagine anyone who knows more about energy conservation in a home other than this person. He was extremely nice, very professional and did an excellent job. We are eagerly anticipating the write up to tell us what we can do to improve our energy efficiency in our home and will be definitely using their services to insulate our home.

They did a great job. Ira, the owner, makes sure that you know about the product and follows up very well on all communications. They gave me a very good price. They are a very friendly hard working team that I'd recommend to everyone. They did an outstanding job.

We cannot say enough great things about our experience with Sunlight Contractors in both the communication throughout the process and finished product. From day one they responded to our call immediately. Came our and surveyed the house for the appropriate insulation. The following day they came back with a quote that beat the other 3 quotes that we had gotten previously. Usually we are a little skeptical with going with the low bid but this time we felt comfortable with their professionalism, previous review and certifications that we decided to go with them. Later that week they were back at the house installing the insulation. They arrived and met with my husband and were under teh spraying. Mind you this was also not an easy job with all the pipes and debris that were under the house. They worked around them without any complaint and were finished in a few hours. I arrived home later that day and the results were immediate. The insulation made the house all an even temperature and our heater was finally able to keep up with the cold. As an added bonus the house is a lot quieter! Ira called back the following day to assure everything went well which it did. We are very happy with their work and will definitely hire them again to insulate our second home.

I found the company in the phonebook and gave them a call. From the jump I was very pleased with the company's professionalism. Alan did an incredible presentation at my home. He was very sharp and on point with any questions I had. He performed an energy audit at my home to determine air leakage and I was very impressed with the amount of knowledge he had. The company was very responsive every time I contacted them and the production was awesome. Very impressed to see a group of young guys work so hard. Corey and his crew was very efficient and they worked diligently. I watched as they setup all of their equipment and they worked endlessly until they were finished with the job. Very satisfied with the job done. The spray foam looks great and I'm sure it will work efficiently. I highly recommend this company and also I'm looking forward to having an energy audit done at my home in Kenner soon. Well pleased with the overall experience with Sunlight Contractors.

Idecided to try this company due to their reviews on Angie's List and an available coupon. I placed an online order on Dec 22, received a follow email that day, a phone call on the 23rd and the inspector was scheduled for the 24th (Christmas Eve even!). Alan was fantastic. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. His experience and qualifications as pertains to insulation were obvious. Additionally, he was able to answer questions about dormer installation, drywall, and other renovation topics that were beyond the scope of requested work for our appointment. I also appreciated his honesty. His company also installs solar components that I had been considering. Once he saw the amount of trees surrounding my home he told me that the benefits would not likely outweigh the costs or allow me to qualify for the current tax credits. Once he arrived he took measurements of my home's exterior and upstairs interior. He evaluated what I currently had in place, physically pointed out what was good, what was bad, and answered questions I had about potential options to make changes. He then hooked up a machine to my front door that acted as a vacuum/compressor to show me the number of CFMs our home was losing. My home requires 4541 CFMs to maintain quality air but currently produces almost 6600 CFMs (like having an additional 41 bathroom exhaust fans running continuously). His recommendation for my home was a combination of blown in cellulose/spray foam in the attic and caulk around windows and various other leaking areas. Based on the cost of the quote and projected savings with the install I should be able to recoup my investment in just at 2 years. Was very pleased overall with the inspection and would recommend them to others.

Honestly, I had gotten on Angies List and called the person with the most & best reviews (which at the time was not Sunlight Contractors) and had them come out to give me a quote. The guy came out, and I was surprised when he didnt even get in the attic. He told me he would measure it from the outside. He wasnt here very long and was a nice enough guy. I actually had to call him several times after that to actually get the quote from him. So I got back on Angies list and went to the next guys on the list which was Sunlight Contractors. I set up the meeting time with them. The difference in how Sunlight dealt with me as a perspective customer compared to the first guy was night and day. The same day that I set up the inspection appointment they emailed me a fact sheet on spray foam insulation and some web links on places that I could go to get more information about the type of spray foam that should be used in residential homes. I felt much more prepared after that. They also sent copies of their insurance and licenses that they held which I thought reassuring especially since they were being so upfront with it all. It felt like they didnt have anything to hide. Alan showed up on time and was extremely polite. He got up in the attic and when he came down, he not only explained to me what he thought we needed to do up there for insulation but he also pointed out some issues with our electrical that I didnt even know we had, which I really appreciated. He went to his car for about 15 mins and came back with the quote printed up in his hand. I didnt have to wait long at all and the quote was very detailed which was very nice to see. When the installers came out to spray the foam, they showed up on time and were very polite. They explained to me what they needed as far as access to the attic and away they went. The process took about 6 hours all together. After watching those guys work I am super glad I didnt try and tackle that job myself. It is true what they say. Insulation is a young mans game. After they were done they cleaned up after themselves and didnt leave a mess anywhere. I could tell the difference right away in the temperature in our house. We didnt have hardly any insulation up in our attic so it was real difficult to keep the whole house one temperature without a bunch of fans. Now we dont have any fans on all day long and the whole house stays an even 70° - 72°. I am super excited to see how much money we will be saving this summer! I couldnt be more pleased with Sunlight Contractors. I highly recommend them!

They are very professional, organized, and accommodating. The job was done quickly, neatly, and correctly. I had done a lot of research before choosing them and I'm definitely satisfied with my choice. They are a very reputable and credible company.

The company is very professional they stress the license and bonding and there technical understanding of the installation business. They showed up on time for all appointments. They did the work quickly and completely with a minimum of hassle. The results are that my house, a 110 year old shot gun double camel back, is warmer during this cold snap. The furnace is set off must less frequently I am sure my heating bills will be must less this winter.

My first contact was very pleasant. They were very knowledgeable of their products and showed great respect for my property. I compared other companies from other customers and gained information on those companies but Sunlight showed the most professionalism and they appeared to be well established. Overall, what made me choose Sunlight over others was the quality of their products and the amount of information they provided me with. The crew was very honorable and they did a very good job on the installation. They were very neat and cleaned up every little thing they left. This company explained everything in detail to me before it was done. I would tell any future customer that this company is the most complete and professional company, and no one other than them would be best for the job. Highly Satisfied!

They were on time and finished everything right on schedule. They cleaned up well after themselves. The solar system has saved me over $150 a month on electricity.

I googled the company and contacted them one night and they came out the very next day to give me information and an estimate on my home. I also contacted other companies to do the same and I didn't get a response from others until about a week later. The company has shown great professionalism throughout the whole experience. The price was very competitive compared to other companies. The salesman wasn't pushy at all and he was very informative, he even encouraged me to get other quotes from companies. I chose Sunlight Contractors over others because of their knowledge of their product and field. Cleair was very knowledgeable of the company's field and products and he even showed me where other companies were going wrong with their quotes. Corey and his crew did a great job and they took great care of my property. I would highly recommend this company to family and friends!

The representative Cleair Cheatham was very professional and helpful throughout the entire process. He was very knowledgeable about the product and worked to help us easily attain the loan needed to pay for the work. The services were performed quickly and perfectly while we were at work. We are very pleased all around with the work and the way company tirelessly worked with us on every aspect. I would highly recommend them to all of my friends.

I was extremely pleased with my entire spray foam insulation experience. The process was thoroughly explained by their courteous, professional and knowledgeable staff. The results of the 5" open cell insulation sprayed were noticed overnight. It is currently only a 6 degree difference between my upstairs bedroom and my attic!

Corey and his crew showed up on time and got to work immediately. They worked quickly and made sure to keep their work area clean. Any questions I had, Corey or Chris had no problems answering them and made sure to explain everything to where I could completely understand. The insulation only took about 4 hours and afterwards Corey stayed with me and went over everything about the system and let me know that if I ever have any issues they would come out day or night to resolve the problem

I had a very positive experience with this company. They were very professional with everything from the start to end. THey handled everything just as they said they would. everything went well I called early morning spoke with IRA told him the problem ,he scheduled a service technician to arrive at my home for 11:30 a. m. CHRIS arrived on time assessed the problem and did the necessary repair he checked the systems as well to insure everything is working properly.

The install went smoothly and quick. Corey and his crew were very nice and had no problem answering any questions I threw at them. It was nice to see that even with all the tools and job materials they were still able to keep their workspace clean the entire time. When the installation was finished they informed me of all I needed to know about my solar water heater and made sure I knew that if I had any problems that they would come out rain or shine.

Audit went very well and was quite informative. Workers were very professional and obviously knew their business. They were a great help in explaining everything.
