Description of Work: I had an energy check and was given a price for foam insulation under my home. The inspection was not as thorough as I expected. I assumed I would be informed of every place that I was losing cooling and heating but that was not the case. |The price quote I was given was more than I could afford at this time so did not sign a contract.

We NEVER DID WORK FOR THIS HOMEOWNER only recommended what the cost would be IF she spray foamed her home. The homeowner wanted a door blower test and inferred imaging at no charge. There's a charge for that. We are in business to make a profit so we can pay our employee's, not as philanthropists. We are sorry to hear that you are only partially satisfied with the service you have received. We do offer a more comprehensive home energy test, for a higher fee. We just made recommendations for FREE. If you wanted a blower door test, thermal imaging you should have asked us. However, that fee is waived for customers who hire us. We do offer financing and would love the opportunity to help reduce your energy bills.
