Risk Tree was great. The owners were always professional and informative. They arrived when they said they would, worked tirelessly all day and completed the job within the estimated time frame. Great company to work with at an affordable price.

Matt was really on top of everything. He helped me expedite the paperwork and saved me money on the fee for removing trees in my neighborhood. Start to finish they really were great. Even the guys that came out to remove the tree we really friendly and when they left there was no sign of work being done. Wouldn't even think if I needed tree removal again.

The job itself went very well and the work performed was rock solid. They removed the tree without incident, cleaned up very well afterwards and did so in a way that I was overall very pleased with. The only challenge was that it was supposed to be a one day job and ended up being started on a Thursday and finished the following Tuesday because of scheduling issues with the crane on Thursday. Initially they were to come first thing Friday, but then I was told the crane operator had a death in the family and they wouldn't be able to finish until Tuesday. On Tuesday, the crane operator told us that he didn't have a death in the family, but rather had the "brown bottle flu". This didn't give us much confidence and an hour or so later while the job was underway he stopped working because he was worried about being paid. This ended up having nothing to do with Risk, who was very professional, but it did impact our overall feeling about things. It was a little bit bumpy, but in the end the work was done very very well. All of that said, the guys from Risk did their job well, for a very good price, and I would use them again or recommend them.

-On time-very professional-all were team workers-picked up all branches and leaves-blew off driveway-fast and efficient. VERY SATISFIED!!!

In the end we were very pleased with all the work we had done. We did have to reschedule our initial estimate, and at the time of the estimate we were assured that one tree was healthy and just needed trimmed. However when the work day arrived it was pointed out that that tree would have to come down. They did apologize for not having initially realized that. They thought the work would take 2 days but then they were able to get all of the cutting and stump removal done in just one day. The tree that they completely removed was like they had just erased it from the back yard, it was very impressive. Overall we were pleased with our experience.

The crew came earlier that expected which was perfect! They were very professional and eager to please. They cleaned up and hauled away all the debris which was a time saver for us. All in all in was well worth the money and I would certainly use Risk Tree Service again.

From start to finish Matt and his crew did a great job. The job was done while I was at work, but I can tell by the condition of my yard, great care was taken to protect the driveway and grass. All the wood and branches were hauled away the day of service. Thanks Matt for a great job.

The entire experience was great. The first appointment was on time and the price quote was very competitive. The issue was a very large tree (100' plus) in our neighbor's yard who's branches caused year round problems to our pool area and had become an issue for our insurance company. Matt from Risk offered 2 prices (the big trim or removal). After consulting with our neighbors and several other quotes on their side Risk was chosen for complete removal. The tree was removed with great care and everything hauled away. The workers were polite and professional. Matt a hands on owner with an Arborist license from the State of Louisiana even skimmed and scooped our pool of debris. Very impressed with this company.

I called Matt on late Tuesday, we set appt. on Wed. for estimate, by Thurs. morning before noon, job was finished. I was going to try this myself but Matt is very knowledgeable of trees, The way I was going to trim it I would have killed the tree, maybe have fallen off roof, They cleaned my neighbors yard, took all branches and leaves, used rake and blower to remove all branches and leaves. All the men were very friendly, I would call Matt in a heartbeat if ever I needed another tree Trimmed I will recommend Matt and his crew to my friends, You won't be sorry for the work Matt does for you.

Risk Tree Service did an excellent job. Matt was very professional and personable. I had a stump next to a transformer and was concerned with its removal. Matt explained completely what needed to be done. They were punctual and did a great job of grinding all the stumps that I needed ground. I also felt that the price was very reasonable. I would recommend them and use them again if needed.

Service was great. Fast and professional. I called on a Monday, had an estimate by Tuesday and work was done before I got home from work on Wednesday. Workers were polite with my neighbors and even ended up picking up a couple more jobs in the area.

Matt came to the house to give us an estimate on removing a tree, grinding the stump, and hauling everything away. Matt gave us an estimate of $900. Matt called back later that day to tell us he could do the job for $550 but it would have to be done the next day and he wouldn't be able to haul the tree away, but would arrange to have it done at no further cost to us. We accepted this deal and Matt and his crew showed up on time and did a great job removing the tree and stacking everything for removal. We would gladly use/recommend Risk Tree Service again.

One limb that had previously fallen in the tree was resting on live wire so Entergy had to be contacted to remove limb.

A little slow to respond because they were busy. When they came, the owner was extremely professional, well spoken and charged a good price. Very responsible. We talked to about 4 other tree removal companies and they were all irresponsible, not well spoken, unprofessional, cussing and charged higher prices. We hired an intelligent man among a pack of scum bags. Highly recommend them.

Mike did a clean, professional job. He came back to see if the work was satisfactory. They did not leave any debris. He even helped me trim a small juniper that was hanging over the sidewalk. I plan on calling him back to cut down a sick pine tree.

excellent. Price was very reasonable . no damage to the house was done. The workers are first rate, clean up went well. Fairly large tree took 2 days to remove plus a third day to grind stump.

Outstanding Job. The work was performed as planned and in the time frame indicated. The work crew was professional and well organized. Risk had very detailed knowledge of what could be trimmed without harming the tree. Very impressive work and it exceeded my expectations.
