Charged 200.00 to clean a belt with my paper towel and replace it. Had to call him back the same day because the machine was doing the same thing. He ask what was happening I told him the lid lock was making the same noise. Came back with the lid lock replace it and charge me 80.00 for the part. I checked the lid lock price... it was 59.00.

The price was never discussed before he showed up and once he told me its $85 to just come out and diagnose the problem. I felt I was trapped into getting the rest of the work done for $155 more dollars. I had screws for the dryer that disappeared, and I got a handwritten receipt on white paper. Very expensive work for a small, short job changing out a dryer heating coil. Overall the dryer works again but now squeaks.

Mr. Washington was very pleasant and went about his work knowing exactly what had to be done to fix my washing machine. It is now running great. Would highly recommend his service.

The repair guy checked and said the dryer not heating because the breaker need to be changed. Then he told me I didnt change breaker and never change breaker before. Then I still needed to pay him $85 and found electrician to change breaker later. This is business is a scam.
