It was a pleasure to work with AJ. He arrived within the scheduled time frame! He diagnosed and repaired my dishwasher quickly and efficiently. No muss, no fuss. Great job, fair charge.

He came the next day and resolved a complex problem with my Maytag Washer. The charge was fair.

The prob w/ my washing machine was that it was filling and draining and was not agitating. AJ came and diagnosed problem. Nothing really to fix; said the hose was siphoning water and it was simultaneously filling and draining. He adjusted hose and it worked fine. Problem is that later that day I tried another different cycle Id not used before. The machine would stop periodically (not agitating -- kind of like what had happened before). I texted him and asked him to come the next day. He never responded. After about a week, I texted him and said I would have to do an appropriate review. He responded immediately, asking if he could come that same day but of course I said no. He said hed not gotten my original text, which is strange, since he replied to my message that I would do a review, And, of course, my initial message was still on the phone. It shows the history of messages.

AJs company is too high; it took him two parts and two weeks. I am having to pay more for parts with no discount for reading the wrong part. I am very upset. He did not read the right part. I have been without a stove for two weeks. I am paying labor for poor service. That is not right. I am so sorry I used your list. AJ has been in service too long not to know what he is doing.

Terrible experience. Lied to us, didnâ t show up for appointment. Wouldnâ t answer the phone, or respond to text messages. Total Waste of time and money. Untrustworthy and undependable.
