I have been very happy with them. They have been very good. I know several people that have used them and that is how I got a hold of them.

They did a good job had to come back and finish a few things that they missed

They came out promptly when I called for an estimate. I received several estimates and the A/C Ambulance bid was the lowest plus they did all of the paper work for my Energy Star rebate which is approximately $2000 which brings the total of the cost of the new A/C system to a little over $7000. Other companies were all over the map with their prices for installation of a new unit and several knew nothing about the rebate. One company even told me that I would have to pay them extra if I wanted the Energy Star rebate. The other companies treated me like I was an ignorant woman who new nothing about the project that I was doing. A/C Ambulance was wonderful from the start until the finish. I highly recommend them and wish that I had found them sooner. I would defintely recommend them to everyone that I know. Everything was done exactly as they said it would be done.

Called them in the morning, they were out here by late afternoon, and had our a/c going again by 5:30pm. Great!!

They did a great job. They were prompt. They fixed it. It was just kind of perfect. I thought it was a fair price. I called them at the last minute, and they were here within an hour.

I saw A/C Ambulance advertise with one of the Angie's List Deals and bought the yearly maintenance contract for the double I own. (One heater cleaning and check & one A/C cleaning and check, plus 10% off any service calls). The price was reasonable, the workers were very nice, and they did a thorough job with the cleaning, checking the pressure, cleaning the drain, etc. I am quite happy, and plan to continue to use them for a yearly maintenance contract, and recommend them to family and friends. I'm also thrilled to finally have a heating & cooling service that I trust to call if I have any problems.

They are very familiar with the system. They are really responsive.

I got the coupon for furnace cleaning, inspection and tune-up. When the service technician arrived he worked on my gravity floor furnace. After about 15 minutes of tinkering on it, he stated that his company doesn't really work on the type of unit I have. Would have been nice to know this before I purchased the Angie's List coupon. I had to call another company who worked on this type of furnace at an additional $170. They issued me a full refund.

My heater was acting up at my house. I called AC Ambulance and the owner, Sidney actually spoke to me. Talk about someone that knows what he's talking about. He set up the appointment and they saved me a ton of money. They did a very good job and did it without any problems. It was great.

Perfect! Called at 8:00 am for service that day. They arrived at 10:15 am and were done by 11:00 am.

I like him. On service he is very good and very responsive. I like his service a lot. I've bid him out for prices on new jobs and he is a little on the pricey side but I do like him. I subscribe to him because I have several buildings and I prepay a modest amount and he comes and services all my air conditioners. He charged me $100 per building. His price for service is competitive but his price for installs is high.

The drain was clogged...repairman cleared and then cleaned coils, which hadn't been done for a while. He also checked the system for leaks. System works great now. I have used A/C Ambulance several times in the past, and have always had great service.

They fixed the problem and they did a good job.

I think they are outstanding. They come quickly they are reasonable on prices and they are on time. I have used them in the past and I will continue to use them going forward.

I had no problems with them. They were very quick, reasonably priced and the workers were very nice.

They have installed my central air and heat twice. I have 4 units and 1 is still going and 3 have had to be replaced. They are very responsive and they get to me very quickly.

They are a small older company. Their service trucks are actually old ambulances. I was pleased with their service.
