Could not have gone better. Sidney was quite creative with the retrofit and his profession crew worked quickly, effectively AND neatly to complete the job in this large, older home in less than 2 days. Jackie, the office manager, put much effort to ensure I received my EnergySmart rebate of $450.00. Wonderful and honest business, doing excellent work. I highly recommend this firm.

AC Ambulance did a very good job of coming out quickly to diagnose the problem and to set up the replacement process.

We called A/C Ambulance Service for service on our air conditioning unit. They answered the phone promptly and spoke to us courteously. It was late afternoon on Thursday and we scheduled the service call for the next day Friday, June 14, 2013. The technician arrived in the morning. He was quick, polite, and knowledgeable. Adding coolant solved the problem and the service call was done in approximately 15 minutes. The air conditioning continues to run well a month later. We were very pleased with the service and would recommend the company. The price was reasonable

My ac had gone completely out. I called several AC companies to come to the rescue immediately. After 2 days and no response, I call AC Ambulance. They came out the next day. Since I was at work when the visit was scheduled, I had a family member meet the serviceman at the home. I forgot to leave a blank check for payment. The work was done anyway and the serviceman left a bill. The company didn't call or harass me for payment and they received their check the following week. I appreciated the way they put the customer first. I will call on them again for system maintenance.

The installation was very fast and professionally done. We experienced very few service calls, most under warranty. Having twin units meant we always had 1 floor which was ari conditioned.

Overall, the experience has been good. They’ve always showed up on time and have taken care of the problem at a typically good price. They’ve been dependable and we’ve been pleased!

The service was mostly good overall. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and did a good job. There was an electrical issue that I thought should’ve been included into the cost, but they wanted to charge me separately; we resolved the issue and they were very helpful with that.

Their price and service were both good. They also showed up on time and followed through with everything. We didn’t have any problems.

I used them 3 weeks ago. They were great. They were super fast. They installed the whole heating and air conditioning system in a couple of days.

Bought the deal on Angie's List. Called AC Ambulance to set up the time. They came out and did the work. It went well.

iT went very well. They were able to schedule the appointment, and were very courteous when it had to be changed. They wer very professional. I would definitely use them again.

We called for an estimate and the owner/operater responded and was out to meet us promptly around 9:40 for a 10:00 appointment. We only had an estimate, but he did have the best price and warranty by $120 and $150 respectively. However, we had previously been using another company, and since the difference in price was negligible for us since we were spending over $3000 total, we decided to go with the company that had previously been servicing our HVAC unit. However, AC Ambulance was very prompt, professional and friendly, and it was a very close decision. We would consider them in the future if we decide to change companies or have any future work done.

I had a broken central heater. I called Monday a little before noon and the heater was inspected and the new part was ordered. The part was in and the repair was completed by Tuesday around noon. I have the yearly cleaning and service contract so I got 10% off the repair. I'm very pleased with the speed and the quality of the repair.

I highly recommend this honest, professional company to address your AC or heating needs. While I understand that companies are in business to make money and support that concept, this company will do the work needed without inflating your costs....GREAT BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!!

When I first called them, we had had a hurricane and they were only servicing systems that were not working. They were suppose to call me back when they could work on mine. They did not call back. About 2 weeks later I called them back and they came to clean the system. The young man they sent was very nice and he did a good job. He also told me that my mother's vent pipe needed replacing. He did not tell me that mom could not run her heating system until it was fixed. ( I found out later that it would have been dangerous for her to run the system the way it was. ) I asked him how much it would cost to fix the vent. He said he would have to check with the office and let me know. He never called back. I called the office back several days later. They gave me a price and came out and fixed it within 2 days. When I checked the work, I noticed that the vent did not extend above the roof gutter, but stopped right by a bedroom window. I had to call them back again. They promptly came out and fixed the problem. However there were a lot of screws and small pieces of metal left in the alley. About a week later, My air conditioner quit working. They came out and checked it. It turned out to be the main control board which could have been expensive. The man had the office check the part and it was under warranty. This saved me $300 dollars. He quickly changed the part and had my system working.

They were fabulous! It took me forever to actually schedule the service, and when I finally called it was because we had sprung a leak in our guest bedroom (because the lines were apparently that clogged). They squeezed us in for that very afternoon, fixed us up, and then rescheduled for a day they actually had an opening to return to do the full inspection. The men who came out to actually perform the work were clean, professional, prompt, and competent. I could not have asked for more!

Before the tune up, we had used them for an emergency visit, and they repaired our AC on the same day we called. Subsequently, after tune up, we lost AC and they scheduled a visit for day after the call (this was just after Hurricane Isaac). Again, arrived punctually next monring and diagnosed the problem--a broken wire that they spliced, causing service restoration.

Workers were friendly and courteous. They did a thorough inspection and added freon to my system. I will be using them in the future for check ups and repairs of my AC/Heating system.

They do a great job. The office is very helpful and the staff si very trustworthy. They have alwasy been very hoenst with me to do business with them.

There was a leak and was told that it was not repairable. I called AC and they sent someone out who was able to repair the unit. It saved me a lot of money. They also do the general maintenance on the AC unit. They have also replaced a relay switch on the unit in the past. They are a great company. They are wonderful and very helpful. They work with you and are always on time. They are also very thorough. I have done business with them for several years. They use a team system so within a short period of time someone was over to help us. I would never use anyone else.
